My car key was lock in my car. I call and he was over fast. Very friendly.i will use him again but hopefully will not need to.

Never thought I ever needed to call a tow company for service, but here I am writing this review for this amazing business.My husband unfortunately locked himself out of his Toyota Celsior while I was at work. I don't have his spare key as it was in the house, which my husband couldn't access since he locked his car keys and house keys in the trunk along with his phone. Long story short, he was able to call me (via his earphones and google assistant) to tell me that he locked his keys in his car, but I couldn't call him back.I first tried Triple A, but they couldn't help me since I wasn't physically with my husband. So I got on Yelp and looked up Tow Businesses near our place. Tow Star Towing & Recovery was the first 5-star listing I saw with a super close distance to our house.I immediately called the number listed, and Wahren answered super quickly. It was my first time calling a tow company, so I was pretty nervous; however, Wahren was super easygoing and didn't make me feel nervous at all.Wahren told me that he provides a lockout service for $85. I immediately asked if he could assist my husband, who I assumed was leaving the house and in a rush. (I couldn't confirm with my husband since I couldn't call him back.) Wahren told me yes he can help except he had another appointment and it would be about an hour until he could meet my husband and if it was okay if he could wait that long; however, when I provided Wahren with my address, he told me he could actually squeeze my husband in before his next appointment since he was only 20 mins away. I provided my husband's whereabouts since I assumed he was home, but it was difficult to confirm since Wahren needed a contact number in case he couldn't find my husband. I was able to reach my husband's friend, who could be his point of contact and be there until Wahren showed up.Wahren was able to meet my husband, but unfortunately, he could not unlock the Celsior. Wahren then referred his friend, who is a locksmith, Shaun Henna, Owner of ULTRA Lock & Key. Wahren left, and my husband waited for Shaun.Despite not being able to recover my husband's keys, Wahren was friendly and eager to help and easy to talk to. I really appreciated that he went out of his way to provide a service to my husband, and although it couldn't be done, he still did his best. I hope I never have to call Wahren for a tow, but he will surely be my referral to anyone who needs it. Thanks again, Wahren!

Blew a tire at 5pm on a Sunday at Victoria & 52nd and Tow Star was there in 30 mins. Sadly the tire was not reparable and Tow Star orchestrated my ride home and then towed my car to my repair shop. To assure me my car was safe they sent me photos of where my car was parked and what they did with my car key. I will be calling this company again should anything go wrong again.

I called one morning and told Wahren the car wouldn't start. He arrived in 15 minutes and jumped the battery. I drove around for 45 minutes. A couple of hours later the car made only clicks again. I asked Wahren to bring me a new battery. Soon he called and asked me to OK the price. Due to problems with my phone, he had to try numerous times to get through. During the installation and after, he continued being super friendly and an entertaining conversationalist.Service: Battery service

Wahren with Tow star towing saved my life! Was stranded and roadside assistance was not of any help so I called around tow star towing. Wahren came to get me very quickly in 40 min. compared to O’Sung towings wait time of 3 hours. Very friendly guy and got my car and I home safely. Tow star towing will be the only company I will be calling for future towing. Thanks again Wahren!Service: Car towing

USAA used tow star for out of network service when my fuel line burst. The owner ended up being my driver and he was friendly and helpful for sure! He got the car on the flat bed no issues even with only having about 4-5in of clearance.

Honestly, I called multiple towing companies and Tow Star is the only one who came through for the rescue! Awesome customer service, came in a timely manner and was supper efficient! This is the company to choose!
