They have a nice variety of Korean beauty products at okay prices, but I didn't like that the saleswoman was very pushy and followed me around the store. I won't return because of customer service.

I went to this store for the first time and at first one of the employees appeared very nice and friendly to me and my cousin. I even apparently met the owner of the store. I had taken interest in of their products but it was in a bundle. They both were saying how they’d discount that specific product. I was still hesitant to buy it because it was still expensive with the discount. Then they said they’d discount the entire bundle for me because I’m a first time customer. I thought that they were very sweet so I went ahead and purchased the bundle. After paying and saying our thank yous, me and my cousin went walking around the mall looking for the next place to go then suddenly the first employee came up to me grabbed my Tony Moly bag. She went and grabbed everything but the one product I was interested in saying how it was only supposed to be that one product not the whole bundle to be discounted. I didn’t wanna make an argument or scene so I just let her take them. However I definitely felt played and I think they took advantage of the fact we weren’t from there. I paid thinking I was getting a good deal for the entire bundle but then they take it back after I paid and leave me with one product.

I don't use Korean makeup or skincare too often, but I like to look. I tried their foundation, but most shades are too pale for me. I do like their sheet face masks. That's what I purchase most often. There were two ladies working and they asked if I needed help. The older woman started eating on the sales floor in front of me, lol. That's so unprofessional. Woman, go eat on your break but not in front of the customer.

Decided to come to this store to buy some make up, door was still open so I head in but this asian elderly cashier said she's closed when it's technically still in the business hours and the door was wide open, I still had 5 minutes to quickly buy the things I wanted, she could've politely said she's about to close and I would've been fast to grab those make up and pay and then head out. JUST RUDE AND WRONG!

My sister goes to this place because ,like the other reviews said, there is lots of authentic Korean beauty products and the place is neat and clean. However, the service is horrible in my opinion. This one specific worker constantly follows and watches my sister like she is gonna steal something despite my sister being a loyal and paying costumer. For example, she went in with out mother and the lady stated her down even while helping our mother pick out products and when she handed my mom the product she wanted the lady looked at her and said “you’re really gonna pay for that”. This has happened more than one time and that is no way to treat any costumer, especially loyal ones. Not only this but the products and extremely over priced, for example, online the same product is $10 but is listed at $40 in store with a discount of 50% making the product $20, DOUBLE of what you can get online. Save your money and patience and just shop online.

Greeted when you walk in, awesome playlist, and a nice selection of Korean skincare products! I never really purchase skincare products but I always love looking at the selection, and the worker was super sweet despite having another customer to help. I also love the convenient location, inside Pearlridge.

I have been coming here for a few years but today's experience just changed all that. All pau. After browsing with the sales lady.. I was about to ask her for an alternative product as they stopped carrying the goats milk line... another customer walks in and asks about a men's product. Sales lady just hands me my items and attends to him and totally ignores me as whatever product it was cost quite a bit. No one was at the cash register... I was standing around for awhile.. bye bye.

Heads up, this location has a special going on right now. The whole store is 30-70% off. Because of Corona Virus, not a lot of people are wearing makeup and so their sales are down. I recently bought liquid foundation last February, (before the mask mandate went into effect) which I still haven't used. However, since I can't pass up a good deal, I purchased another bottle of the same foundation for 30% off. They have a lot of other items that are 70% off, but I decided not to look around since I don't want to get tempted into buying products that I will not be using. If you love Korean makeup and great deals, now is the time to visit this location. Good luck!

Walked in and was immediately greeted. The place is well kept and neat. Min's (not sure of spelling) customer service was exceptional. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular. Asked for acne products to help my daughter she made a few recommendations and explained the differences between products, then allowed us to explore freely. When we had questions she immediately came to assist us. The store got a little busy and she was the only employee, she managed to help everyone and still kept a smile on. She made our trip seem personal and even have my daughters a hug when we were leaving. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for your skin care needs.
