The manager here is very rude, her name was dao I believe. No aloha Spirit what so ever & made me feel very uncomfortable so I won’t be shopping here in the future.

I stopped by when I was on a trip. I used to buy them a lot in Japan, but now that they've withdrawn from the store I can't buy them anymore, so I visit them whenever I'm nearby.If they don't have your size, they will order it for you right away, and they will serve you in a friendly manner, making it easy to shop. My son gave me a sticker with the logo on it, and while he was having fun putting it on himself and playing with it, he even called out to me.

While visiting Hawaii during the month of May, I stopped by the Tommy Bahama store in the Ala Moana Shopping Centre to look around. The first thing I noticed upon entering the store were the displays. The clothing selected for each display was so on-trend and all of the items paired well with each other. It takes the guess work out of the equation if you're looking for a complete outfit. Moving through the store, I was overcome by how beautiful the clothing line truly is. The fabric is just so luxurious. I found myself having difficulty choosing items to try on (I wanted everything) but the sales staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs and helped me narrow down my choices. Everyone was friendly and polite making my overall experience really enjoyable. The pieces I purchased are beautiful, feel fabulous to the touch and look extremely high-end. Though the Tommy Bahama brand may be a little pricier than other brands, in this case you really do get what you pay for. The clothing I purchased are well constructed timeless pieces that will last a life time. I have received so many compliments when I wear them. Treat yourself to something fabulous from this store, even if it's a candle or a tote bag. If you do buy a clothing item, I can guarantee that you will look and feel great. If you are just browsing or killing time, I promise you that the staff will make you feel like family by the time you leave the store. If I could give more than a five star rating for Tommy Bahama, I would do it!

I called at a late hour not sure I'd get an answer. I was directed to a store in Hawaii. I was rather unprepared, but the associate was knowledgeable and got me what I was looking for! Thank you!

This is my favorite Tommy Bahama store in Hawaii. Great selection and plenty of help. If they don't have it in stock, they'll send it to you in 2 days. I always work with Alisa because she's the best!!!

I was heading to Charleston and needed a few pieces to add to my conference wardrobe. I stopped in to the Ala Moana store location before a Target run. There were two gentlemen working at the time, they looked, turned away, no hello, but it's ok; I'm a quiet shopper.I grabbed a few blouses, three dresses, and a lovely woman came from the back and immediately saw I needed help. She made great suggestions and searched for sizes. This sweet lady gave wonderful service that I purchased everything she recommended-no language barrier, soft spoken and intuitive!TB AlaMoana was clean, organized, well staffed and the '22 women's linen line was perfect for me-I wish I could have bought two of everything!!

It was good. We sat outside in the balcony area and had a great view of the city. I got the filet mignon which was very good. We also got the wagyu burger. I thought it was good but my wife didn't like it. The drinks were great.
