Ala Moana location, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of spectacular. A far contrast from Tiffany's at South Coast Plaza, where you're met with judging eyes calculating your net worth based on your appearance. Everyone here at Ala Moana Tiffany & Co were so friendly. My family and I felt welcomed coming here in just our beach wear. We wanted to get our of our resort in Ko Olina and check out Waikiki for the day. We were looking for Hawai'i exclusive items and wandered into this Tiffany's and were surprised with nice people. Thank you for the team here, keep up the great attitude, it makes a big difference.

While shopping to replace my husband's wedding band, Client Advisor Kiki Xiao showed my husband and I several engagement and wedding band options should my husband decide to upgrade my current set. She listened to my requests and sat down with us to find the perfect piece. At no time did she pressure us, assured us that any deposit was fully refundable should we decide not to go through with the purchase, and she assured us that she would call us immediately once the piece came in. We returned to the store several days later and were completely blown away by the exceptional shopping experience from the private room to the delicious desserts and champagne. Store Manager, Jeron introduced himself, answered all of our questions and offered us complimentary hand-engraving to include the characters on all of the pieces we purchased. They made the shopping experience fun, exciting, at ease, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the store. Upon returning to the store to pick up our jewelry, we were met with the same exceptional customer service from both Jeron and Kiki, including pictures taken at the store's Christmas tree. I can't say enough about our experience at this Tiffany & Co. location and would definitely recommend a visit to this location for anyone in the market for luxury jewelry, especially an engagement ring.

A trip to Paris prompted me to get the Eiffel tower charm and add it to my bracelet. Lo an behold Ala Moana had the charm. I was assisted by Abby who made the process super easy. She was helpful from beginning to end and never made me feel like I was a bother since a lot of our communicating was done via texts. I also got to meet Riho when I picked up my bracelet who also had exceptional customer service like Abby.

Just wanted to say my appreciation to Gerald Chun and Jeron their store manager. They are both wonderful people. If you ever go to HI, please look them up. They will make you feel like a princess. I even got to try a beautiful pear soleste ring. It was the Best and Wonderful experience my husband and I could ever have. This was for our 15 Anniversary and my Birthday. Gerald made it really special❤️It was also Tea event party which was Awesome!!

Highly recommend Walter Wang. We didn’t have reservations but he welcomed us warmly and let us in immediately. He is very professional and always patient. He provided us drinks and let us know how to care our rings in details.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Michelle in the Customer Service department. She made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like I belong. Sometimes walking into a luxury jewelry store can be very intimidating with all eyes on you, watching your every move, trying to read the room, to see how far to push the sale. But Michelle was so effortless in her encounter with me. I inquired if Tiffany sold any earrings with posts that don't contain silver or nickel in it because all of their earrings have currently made my ears bleed. Ran through sterling silver, white gold and now onto platinum to try out. Michelle went on to say that the posts are normally mixed with some kind of metal and maybe it's copper or something else that might be irritating my ears? Anyways, I guess I'll just have to keep on with my trial and error methods as all my allergen tests say I'm fine. Anyways, this time I brought in 4 pieces of jewelry to get cleaned (3 necklaces and a ring). This service was provided complimentary at the store, with a 48-hour window of completion. Michelle took down the descriptions of my items that I dropped off, printed out a receipt and told me to bring that back in 2 days to pick up. Too easy! When I went back to pick-up, I was assisted by a gentleman (totally didn't get his name) who checked my ID, checked my receipt and quickly went in the back to grab my items. They were all nicely placed in individual little Tiffany bags for me to double check before my departure. If for whatever reason, you're not satisfied with the jewelry cleaning they have in store, you can opt to send out your pieces to New York for $40 per piece. All in all, I've never had an issue with this location or any of their locations for that matter and I will keep continuing on my quest to find an earring that works for me!

Went to buy Return to Tiffany earrings which my daughter was told you had to order online at the Buckhead location in Atlanta. We actually found the earrings in store at the Ala Moana location in Hawaii. This location also had an infinity bracelet I had been wanting that is no longer available online. We received excellent service from May and Blade. Thank you for a pleasant experience while visiting your store. #Good Service #Expert

You guys know those snooty places that are all over Ala Moana. The places that have $500 wallets and never blink an eye or even turn to you to ask if you need help. I've walked out of those too many times to count. Tiffany is NOT this place. I was truly shocked when they invite you in and treat you like a real person. I think this place has some of the best service anywhere and they treat you royal even if you are not spending serious bucks. I have never had a bad time at Tiffany - I wish all places of this caliber were this nice. The online help is amazing too. Above and beyond service!
