Benefit from industry leading expertise and be treated like family. We came here for our engagement ring and wedding bands. Cherie and Hae Yon were the most helpful and helped us navigate diamonds and ring types. Why would you go anywhere else when you can be treated like Ohana?

Always wanted to make sure I went to the Wedding Ring Shop to get an engagement ring for my other half. I first visited in April to shop for that perfect ring. Fe was the associate to help me along the way. I had no idea what I was doing. All I knew was what kind of diamond cut and band type my other half wanted. I knew I wanted to get Hearts on Fire too. Fe was so helpful with the entire process. Letting me know of my options, and ensuring that I'm making the right choice shopping with them.A month later, the ring was ready for pickup. It was beautiful! The diamond would glimmer under any lighting and I could already imagine my future fiancée wearing it. (She did say yes!)Mahalo to Fe for helping me out the entire process. We'll be back to pick out wedding bands!

They offer drinks and light snacks.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! The WRS team understands that people place personal meaning and symbolic value on a wedding ring, so they take the time to make the ring buying experience special for their customers. Jeanette was especially helpful, providing thoughtful guidance, honest feedback, and personal insights that helped me choose a wedding ring that not only looks good, but also feels very comfortable on my finger (which is surprising considering that I usually find rings unpleasant to wear). Thanks for your patience, Jeanette! Also, thanks to the WRS manager who went out of his way to make me a hot cup of tea to sip on while exploring my ring options and preferences. Overall, an A+ to the WRS team for providing us with an enjoyable and memorable experience!

Look no further! If you’re looking for an engagement ring or wedding band, this is the place to go. Excellent quality and selection. If possible, ask for Steph. She was incredible! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and found us everything we asked for at the right price for our budget. I can’t imagine having a better experience anywhere than we had here.

Steph was awesome! She spent so much time with us and educated us on the rings. My fiancé had so many questions and went between two different rings that she could not make the final decision on and Steph and one other kind lady helped my fiancé to make the right decision for her. The staff are so knowledgeable about the rings and so helpful! They even have a gentleman in the back that you can see through the window working on the rings and making modifications. This place is awesome. We were very impressed. If you are looking for a wedding ring in Honolulu, this is absolutely your place!
