I’m very glad I went with the Ihara team, as they were of course professional but also very friendly. As a first time home buyer I had many fears and felt anxious, but the Ihara Team made me feel very comfortable with the process and was always there for me every step of the way! The Ihara Team is the best real estate group in Hawaii, and I highly recommend them. We began our house search last year, but it wasn't until this year that we decided to seriously pursue buying a home. Throughout the process, the Ihara Team was incredibly supportive. Amazing team, highly recommend this team to help purchase real estate. Took me around 5 months before I found an amazing place to live in. They are patient, helpful, and explains how everything works if you're new to purchasing a place. They are professional, they don't constantly bother you or push you into buying a place they are always in your favor. They take the time to schedule contractors, estimates, and even after purchasing a place they still go above and beyond to help out with contractors and furniture if needed. Dan, Julie and their entire team did a superb job in helping me sell my Woodrose unit and helping my son buy his first condo unit. They are very well organized, knowledgeable and efficient. We are the point in our lives where we have to seriously consider "aging in place", down sizing or moving to a retirement home so we are looking forward to attending one of their seminars that addresses this topic. We started out with attending their different workshops on real estate investing, including the one on 1031 Exchanges. When the time came to exchange a duplex for a condominium, we engaged "The Ihara Team". They patiently worked with us to locate a condominium that fit our desired location and also within our budget. The 1031 Exchange was flawless. Working with Julie, Dan and their staff was such a pleasant experience, that we decided to have an after hour party for them at their office. The Ihara Team is top notch! When we were moving to Hawaii, we came from Germany. Buying a home is hard enough; trying to buy a home from a different continent and 12 time zones apart only complicates the matter. The Ihara Team made the process easy! Phone calls, Zoom call, etc.; they were accessible whenever we needed to chat. Once we came on island, they would pick us up at our hotel and drive us to homes. They helped us through the buying process and within 10 days we had an offer down on a home and ultimately that home became the home we moved into. It’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I encourage everyone to work with Dan and his team. They are the best!!!!

I consider myself lucky to have found the Ihara team. Years before in another state I had a really bad experience buying a residence. This time was much much better. They made the process smooth for me and were very responsive. In fact, I continue to keep in touch with them as they have customer appreciation and education events- they are adding value even after the purchase of my residence!
