What an experience to work with Steve K and Cheryl G. Taking the parts in and explaining the problem. Steve researched the problem and came up with a solution. We stopped by this store looking for a bathroom remodel options. The salesperson was very helpful, polite and pleasant to work with. Prices are fairly high but they appear to only sell quality products. However the store has a very limited selection of mostly Toto products: there are a number of toilet options but very little of anything else. We could not find any faucets or shower doors we liked. If you are not looking for a toilet you should look elsewhere.

More than just toilets. I want to give a great thanks to The Bathroom Store. They are SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL over there. And now, they have a new showroom. Congratulations on their new show room!
I started my procurement journey in 2021 right during the middle of COVID. I put in this beautiful light mirror into my hall bathroom and Ioved this mirror so much that I bought another for the master bath.
I purchase the master bath mirror almost 10+ months ago, and they were holding it at their warehouse for a long time. I finally picked it up, but had to find their store because they had moved. They did not charge me, did not bug me, but held this object for me without complaint.
I also purchased a kitchen sink and faucet, a vanity sink. Every purchase has made me happy. They speciality- is service! Thank you to everyone at the Bathroom Store.

Everett is a hero. I called the store and explained my issues with a Toto toilet. He walked me through what could be wrong. I bought the flush valve he recommended and it works better than brand new. Thanks for your help today Everett, you made me a hero.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I selected (2) Toto toilets because of the manufacturer's high technology reputation and excellent quality. Great place to do business.

Great pricing and a nice looking showroom. Was kinda tricky to find off puuhale road. Go slow and turn in at the blue sign. Very easy to miss the driveway. Looks like a warehouse but the showroom is in the back.

Just a quick review. I stopped by because my Toto toilet was leaking and I figure they are the main store for this brand. The showroom is clean and set up with everything you can think of for your bathroom. Their staff are all super friendly and helpful, explaining what parts I needed and even demonstrated how to change them.

We recently visited the bathroom store to see their bathroom accessories. It appears this is the one of the only places that supplies Toto. We did make an appointment and took off work to meet with a specific sales person. Unfortunately when we got there she was servicing other customers. We were then told that the store really doesn't take appointments. However, another sales person assisted us.The experience itself was painless. The store offers a number of higher end bathroom sinks, showers, toilets and other fixtures. The salesperson was very helpful and made sure we had all the correct plumbing with the accessories. There is a separate contractor pricing if you are working with a contractor and does save you a bit. They do have catalogs you can order from. The big draw for people are the Toto toilets so be sure to take a look because they have a wide selection.

I'm so happy I went to The Bathroom Store for our new toilet. Our old toilet broke and we fixed it only to have it break again. I was so stressed out. So we decided to just get a new toilet instead of keep repairing the old one. I asked my plumbing friend what toilet would he recommend and he said "Toto!" But he told me that he is so busy that he couldn't install it for one month. So I did research which lead me to The Bathroom Store. The salesperson Chay was so nice and knowledgeable and she didn't pressure us into buying anything. She was just there for us to answer any questions we had. I pretty much was set on the Toto Ultramax II after all my research. Chay confirmed that my choice was an excellent one so we bought it. She recommended a plumber/installer for us named Irving. Irving has excellent communication and even picks up the toilet from The Bathroom Store for you. He is very professional, friendly and does an excellent job with the installation. I'm so happy we went with The Bathroom Store and Iriving. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our new toilet.

Our toilet broke, so we came here to look and invest in a good quality toilet. Chay helped us, and gave us phenomenal customer service. I can't express as to how hard it is to get good customer service so when it does happen I'd go out of my way to address it. Very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.
