I love the Bar Method experience. It has helped me tone and build more core strength like no other type of workout.

Low intensity workout, lots of modifications for different skill sets, and an overall great community! The parking lot is easy to access, and when you arrive the staff welcome you in and show you around. Definitely worth a try if you've never done before!

My daily reset, so vital for my mental and physical health. My flexibility has improved, back pain is better. I highly recommend it:)!
