False prices. Usually charge more than stated. Be careful.

Safe place for women to pump gas day or night to my opinion. Convenient location. FYI it is capped at $100 when filling up a car.

Two cashiers inside and when I went to fill gas with cash they told me they were on 15 break. Both of them on break at the same time?

This specific Texaco gave me such a bad experience at any gas station. My parents and I work overnight as Newspaper Deliverers around the Kahala area. Most nights we would stop by this gas station to buy some little snacks to munch on and to also fill up our gas tank. Tonight was something very upsetting, we stopped by obviously to buy some snacks, as we got to the window we imm saw her sleeping in her beach chair in the right corner in the back of gas station. We knew there was a sign that said "flip it up to say hello, the cashier can hear you" so we followed the correct procedure for their station and we kept trying to get her attention for more than 2min straight. So I get out and try to get the cashier attention as well because I figured that he wasn't loud enough. I wasn't going to out to try and do anything besides get my dads candy because he needed it for he has low blood sugar and I didn't want him to pass out or anything. Another 2min passed by and she is still sleeping in the same exact chair that she was in still when we got there. So my mother came out and tried the same thing as we did, getting her attention. So once she finally woke up she got up and tapped on the window with one of the signs saying "STOP banging the window" something along those lines but we weren't banging on the window(well we kind of were but the windows was so thick that she couldnt hear us even if we tried to call for her. We were simply knocking on the window first and she then began to scream at us and telling us to stop banging and go somewhere else. My dad asked her "why are you sleeping on the job" I totally understand that she was probably tired but all we wanted was something quick to eat and drink. She then proceeded to say that "she can sleep on the job whenever she likes because that was her property." That was also very upsetting she then told us to go away and don't come back. we left and we agreed to never return to that place.

Kahala Texaco is your neighborhood gas station in Kahala. You'll see it as you come off the H-1 exit towards Kahala Mall by Times Supermarket. My experience here at this particular gas station stems from traveling with friends who happen to stop by at this gas station for gasoline numerous times. They live in the area and it is very convenient for them to pick up gasoline here. I often would go into the convenience store within the gas station and pick up some munchies and or soda for the road trip ahead. Prior to the pandemic, it was nice to talk to the clerk who handles the purchases. But now it's wearing a mask and social distance wherever possible. For the most part though, it's a gas station like anything else. It's very convenient for everyone who likes the Tesco brand and enjoys getting gas here in the Kahala Mall area. I enjoy coming here because it's convenient and easy to get on and off the H-1 without any problems. My experience usually takes about less than 15 minutes, getting snacks while my friend fills up her tank to full. I think that this gas station is large enough to accommodate four vehicles at the time. It has enough space for people to go around other vehicles and back in if necessary. The prices here fluctuate with the market, so you may not be getting the best price, but shop around if that's what's most important to you. For most people, time is money and convenience. The overall experience here at the Kahala Texaco gas station and mini mart is pretty cool and chill. You usually want to get whatever you need as quickly as possible. Most people usually come here for gasoline, but you'd want some snacks as well also. This gas station is open air, they majority of our gas stations in Hawaii and around the US. I haven't found any place that is enclosed yet. Self service is usually the norm here, which most fill ups usually take about 10 minutes. The service at the mini mart part of the gas station was decent enough but friendly, to be honest. The mini mart is basically limited, as far as product selection goes, but it is what it is. The prices in the mini mart itself is a bit pricey too, where the mark up can be eye opening if you're not too careful. But still, it just depends on the convenience factor and whether or not you're willing to pay for the item(s). I enjoy the location since, as mentioned before, close to home, and you can basically get on and off H-1 fairly easily. This Kahala Texaco gas station is an easy choice to stop, get gas, and snacks while on your way to daily appointments or road trips with friends or family on the island. Definitely a good stop on the eastern side of Oahu. Plus Kahala Mall and the new Kuono marketplace are nearby. This Texaco gas station in Kahala is located at basically in front of the Times supermarket Kahala on Waialae avenue after you exit H-1 eastbound, exit 26B. The gas pumps themselves take major credit cards, as well as the minimart inside. But you can always can carry cash, but in the age of COVID-19, facemask and credit cards are usually preferred. The experience here like is like any other in the world where driving is a a way of life in these United States and across many countries. Here at this Kahala Texaco gas station is no difference. While the snacks and drinks here at the mini mart can be a bit more expensive than what you see at the 7-Eleven or the grocery store, you can have the sheer confidence that you have it quickly while you're physically at the location without having to go out of your way to get it at another place. The gas station itself is really clean and nice. I'm sure they keep it up daily. 3.5 stars for the overall experience. 3.0 stars for the prices and 3.5 stars for the service. Its a gas station. Support local! C

This Texaco location is a pretty standard gas station with several pumps and a small convenience store. I do like that in the back right corner of the property there's an air fill up for if your tire pressure is running low. All of the pumps were functioning this time, but it's not uncommon for 1-2 to be out of order. Conveniently located on Waialae Ave. right after the freeway exit and a block before Kahala Mall.

Great and convenient location. Woman working inside is not helpful or pleasant at all...I have a Texaco gift card but she didnt know how to run it through the machine for discounted gas also she overcharged me for my purchased drink. Customers beware!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Their keypads seem to be down alot so you can't pay at the pump and they don't even put a sign on it to let you know. Had to try 3 different pumps and even then still had to go inside to "see cashier". She wasn't the nicest person either.

Emailed company to schedule a tow. No reply. Went online and called office. They told be to call the driver. Driver inform me that he's too busy and to please call back next day. Called next day and left a message. No response. (Must be under new ownership abd kept the original name cause old management would respond asap!) Don't waste your time calling this company. They got one star because otherwise I can't leave a complaint.

Their keypads seem to always be down so you can't pay at the pump. They don't even put a sign on it to let you know. The lady cashier sitting inside gave me attitude when I asked her why the keypads don't work. I'd give zero stars if I could.

This towing service is top notch. I have a corvette and it was in a small garage, wouldn't start. "Speedy " was the row driver and specialist who came to help. He went above and beyond getting the Vette out of the garage, up the driveway and started. He then followed me to the dealer to get my battery replaced. Then, (because it couldn't be done immediately) he drove me back home. I highly recommend his/their services. Speedy was professional, friendly and helpful the entire time. Mahalo nui

Idk... could just be me But definitely coming to this location for gas and awesome customer service more often.. all in all great experience here.
