Took a couple of watches in for battery replacement and size adjustment. Ted was so sweet and service was quick! Will have to come back and browse the jewelry he has.

Great customer service. Was able to drop off my watches and picked up the next day with all batteries replaced as well as a band changed out. Will use again whenever I need watch service.
