This morning went into target. When I was ready to checkout the supervisor was having a meeting with the employees at the end of registers. They were trying to get me to go to self checkout. I don't believe in self checkout. The meeting should be before the store opens.

Went to target around 1130 today and was trying to make a return on cat and jack items that I am not satisfied with. Team lead Rebecca was helping me and said that since the items were not defective (having a hole in it) or still had tags on them, i couldn't return the items. After looking online at targets return policy on target brand items it states "Target Owned Brand items: If you're not satisfied with any Target Owned Brand item, return it within one year with a receipt for an exchange or a refund." It clearly says that if I'm not satisfied with the item I could return it, not if it was defective. Team lead Rebecca also told me that they were lenient on returns because of COVID but not anymore but the policy online last year didn't suddenly change this year.

EVERY TIME I come to drive up, I wait and wait and wait. This time, 30 minutes for 3 items - 1 cold. They gave me someone else's order, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for the last item. THREE ITEMS! I saw one customer with a cold item and she left within 10 minutes. Idgi, idgi at all., smh. The 3 items were almost $100. I guess I'm not a big enough spender.

I like the curbside pick up. Really fast and friendly service. Very helpful staff. Orders so far been fast and accurate.

Yesterday I went to target to check out their products and sales I asked this Caucasian lady for help then she I'm deaf so don't talk to me she repeated herself 2 times I was very upset and then I called target to let them know they handled my concerns very professionally i appreciate that also there was Christmas plates without the price tag on it and they said they couldn't sell to me because it was packed and they had to defect it out

I mostly shop Target online and more often during the holidays. One thing that standouts is their quick shipping. They'll ship your items out the same or next day. Their packing is the best! Whenever I order liquid items, they tape the cap area carefully and securely to prevent spillage using their personalized Target tape. Overall, I use Target online less. Practically all of their items will only ship with a $35 minimum order. And it's not always I'll have a checkout of that amount. This policy started during the height of the pandemic. Target also adds on a surcharge fee for Hawaii if you're not a Red Card member. I notice that a lot of the products that they used to ship are no longer available for shipping. Things I used to buy on a regular basis aren't guaranteed anymore.

I absolutely love target. Their drive up is lightning fast and their customer service is A1. They're a little pricey compared to competitors but it's the convenience for me. I appreciate the drive up employees because it be hot out there and they still keep their professionalism

I went in to buy the favorite day trail mix because it was on sale 2 for $8. So i bought 4 so stock up on my snacks since it was on sale. And i was charged 5 trail mixes when I bought 4. Why on Earth would I buy 5 trail mixes?! that defeats the whole purpose of the sale! I was charged the 5th trail mixed regular price. I didn't even have a lot of items to be rung up, I had 7 items I bought and somehow sneakily charged me extra for my snack, completing missing the whole purpose of the sale. Normally I don't check or keep my receipts but this time I took a look at it a saw it several days later. I'm not going to take the time to wait in line at guest service for my $5 back, i'll let it slide since it's not that much money but to inform everyone to check their receipts just in case!

Got 12 items went to the 12 items or less checkout and the girl had a hpd power trip. Counted it right in front of her and she made us go to the long line. Unreal I felt discriminated

Great service, however, what it comes to fruits and some fresh vegetables...they appeared to be old and go bad very quickly.The tea department is poor...vegan foods are not that bad but could be better.
