This location is full of low iq dredge as employees, especially the clueless white trash and slimy racist yahoo employed there. Hey moron, most all phones are made in China. If they do not understand the issue and to save face, they will cowardly, stupidly and arrogantly blame the phone, origin of phone or make of phone because most actually know nothing or how to trouble-shoot beyond what any customer can do which is reading t-mobile website. They do not know the first step of trouble shooting such as resetting apn.

I usually don't leave a review but I am so impressed with Elexis . She was so patient, friendly, and very helpful and knows what to do in a situation when my sister passed away and was on the phone with t-mobile 3 weeks ago. I originally went to a different location and unfortunately they didn't follow the proper procedures in dealing with a passed love one so no one called me back. I came here and got immediate results! Today, I dropped by and needed a new usb cable for my Mom's phone and Elexis helped me again and she remembered me! Also, I had questions about my bill and she explained it very clearly and I am very happy she helped me during this stressful time in my life. Thank you Elexis! You're the BEST!!!

Efficient. Know their stuff. Get the job done. Set up the switch from a regular SIM to eSIM easy-peasy. Got the prepaid plan I wanted and got it activated really quickly.They literally did all the hard work; all I had to do was pay the bill.Now have eSIM for data while keeping my physical home SIM for calls / iMessage etc. what a time to be alive!Bonus: Anime enthusiasts as well. Would recommend.

Need internet service for Winam Ave, Honolulu. 96816 area.I'm very angry about the charge to pay my bill in store. Why do I have to pay a fee to give you money? Ridiculous!!!

This place is awful and complete waste of time. These people owe me probably 12 hours of my life back, and almost 12 days of being left without a phone. They try for hours to fix my phone July 5th, store closes same thing July 6th, guy gave up and said it was a manufacturer issue since it is not receiving service; warranties my phone says it will take 3-5 business days for a new one to arrive. Cool great, wait 5 days come in rude women tells me no we can't warranty your phone you it's not our problem because it has a scratch on the screen. Policy this policy that. Well thanks for wasting 7 days of my life and countless hours. Call the number she gave me they say NO goto your carrier and warranty your phone, so I try my luck again. No she already made a report in my file saying I cannot warranty my phone over the scratch on screen. At this point I'm suffering as a day trader who travels, Samsung DEX is a necessity for me. I wait a day think about buying another 1200$ phone just to get back into work, then proceed to file a claim with Assurance. They repeatedly told me to warranty the phone so I lied and said it was accidentally damaged so they would file my claim, then paid $108 deductible. In total I've spent almost 6 hours on the phone with tmobile reps and assurance and about 6 hours in store. In the past 10 days. I ask them since I'm staying in a hotel I can mail the phone to the store, NOPE. I will literally get my my phone from assurance ship my old one cancel my tmobile account and go straight to Verizon. The amount of time and money I've lost over something that could've been resolved so easily is absolutely absurd and not worthy of my subscription. These people are completely unprofessional and great at wasting my time. Not to mention my phone literally generates my income.

I took my phone there for a mail in trade in after upgrading , they took my phone and said they'll handle it from there. They NEVER mailed it. prob stole it. Now they stole 1k of equipment from me and messed up my monthly billing!

My 83 years old aunt switched her service from AT&T to T-Mobile. She needed help to activate FaceTime and voicemail. Kapua was extremely helpful, patience and very kind to my aunt. She went the extra miles to assist elderly customer because she cares. Kapua is an asset of T-Mobile. She deserves recognition for her hardworking, dedication and commitment. You’re the Best Kapua!!

Free Selfie Light from T-Mobile Tuesdays...Before lunch in Kapahulu, I stopped by this location of T-Mobile because it was on the way and it has a free shared parking lot.Located at Market City Shopping Center, I had passed by this shop because I had lunch at EARL a couple of doors down. I found the offer on my phone app, clicked on it, and the friendly associate at the door handed me a Selfie Light! Yay! Thanks for being prepared and giving out the freebie so quickly and without hassles! I was on time for lunch nearby!
