This is a beautiful store with a wide variety of products, but I promptly turned around and left after one of their employees proceeded to follow me through the beauty supply section. At first, she appeared to be helpful, but she stayed within 3 feet of me through each isle I browsed. As an African-American woman, this is not the first time in my life that this has happened, but it’s the first time in many years. I especially didn’t expect it from another person of color as this woman was of Asian descent. I’m truly offended and disappointed in the lack of respect and dignity shown to me in this store.

It was great to have so many cute souvenirs.It is also a very convenient place as it has a fully equipped restroom and a sense of cleanliness.I was able to change my child's diaper, which was very helpful.

Hawaiian brands are available, making it convenient to buy souvenirs.This time, I purchased KOHO chocolate and Kona coffee.

DFS Waikiki reopened last July. This is my first visit since the new store, but as others have commented, only the first floor is still open, and it's not as busy as before. I hope that we can quickly return to DFS as we used to do it every day.

Beautiful ceiling display♡The second floor doesn't seem to have opened yet, but (as of March 2024) there was COACH and cosmetics on the first floor, and there were quite a few customers. I'm glad you're back.

They mark prices up slightly to make it look like you’re getting a ‘tax free’ deal but you won’t really. If u check brands websites you’ll notice that the price is usually $10-20 less - small but annoying detail- so shop here but you won’t save a cent!

There aren't many things with attractive prices.It's cheaper at duty free shops in Japan. Other stores have more Hawaiian products.However, I think it's good if you want to buy souvenirs all at once without going everywhere.

I went to the DFS on Monday to buy chocolate. When I am picking, the staff asked me why I am wearing the mask and where am I from. I am pretty shocked that I can still be discriminated for wearing a mask inside the public area????
