This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a floral company. I ordered a $180 dollar bouquet for an elderly friend in the hospital and paid the additional fee for an expedited delivery. When I checked to see if she received it, she said that she had not. So, I called Blossom to find out why. They said they couldn’t fulfill the order because they were out of the flowers that were needed. When I asked why I had not been contacted, especially since this was an expedited order, the agent said he didn’t know; he said I should have been but he didn’t know. I asked what Blossom was going to do to fix the situation - the agent said they could send an arrangement of equal or greater value, but wouldn’t allow me to select one from the menu on the Blossom site, because he couldn’t guarantee that they would have the flowers for it. I said I wanted something as close as possible to the original arrangement, a refund of my expedited fee and to be notified when the flowers had been delivered.The flowers didn’t come until late the following day, it was not an arrangement, more of a bunch of old flowers thrown in a basket, I was not refunded my expedited fee, and I was never called to confirm my delivery. I recommend that everyone who reads this review - NOT - spend their money on this company’s floral service. It would be much better spent elsewhere.

Irene was wonderful--listened to what I wanted, put together a lovely arrangement, made a last minute delivery prior to a holiday. I won't be going to any other florist.

I'm so thankful for Sweet Blossoms Hawaii. I booked a last minute elopement and was having problems finding a florist available for our wedding due to demanding graduation, prom, and Mother's Day orders. I was able to book them a week out from our wedding date. Their pricing and convenience to the Waikiki area were also huge pluses. Would recommend them for any florist needs! The bouquet and lei were picture perfect!

Excellent Customer Service, delivery, and prompt responses. We came to Oahu to renew or wedding vows and having beautiful local flowers was really important to me. Sweet Blossoms delivered to our resort, exceeded my expectations, communicated clearly, and made everything easy. They made a very important day, all the more memorable. I cannot say thank you enough.

Irene and the delivery person, Johnson were great.The flowers turned out better than expected. They were fresh, vibrant and the bouquet was full. They also provided us with lei’s and a flower hair pin. Each item was great quality. Image is 3 days after the ceremony.Johnson was on time and delivered directly to our hotel. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Irene really is gifted with her work. I was so impressed with the elopement package that I ordered from her. Cannot say enough nice things for her. Very reasonable prices and her work is absolutely outstanding! She made the haku, bridal boquet, and maile lei pictured. Cannot give enough praise to this florist!
