The service here is weird-to me at least. I’ve been here twice and it’s standoffish at best. Im not spending money where it feels unwelcome. The Swarovski carried on the sales floor is designer jewelry. Personal opinion incoming but no piece under $3500 is considered fine jewelry-and that’s a bit low. And no jewelry is worth trying to belittle someone like I was today with a mocking, “That’s a little cheap” ? That’s willlldddd coming from someone with BaubleBar earrings and GAP slacks on but go off sis. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say there’s a theft problem in this area which is the reason for the poor service. I love this brand but for the service alone at this location I’ll never let someone benefit from my commission. I’m gonna try the royal Hawaiian location or otherwise online. And a word of advice-If you have features that traditionally trigger unconscious bias?. Or otherwise attract a lot of attention- Spend you money elsewhere like maybe a jeweler that will take you seriously. I’m only giving them three stars so the review stays posted. It’s really a one star experience.

Went in today to ask the employees there if they could help me with a product issue. I have to say they went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations of what excellent customer service looks like. Mahalo to ALL the people the workers there today, especially Miss Lina and Miss Dandan. Thank you Swarovski Ala Moana team, we will be back again!!

We ended up not purchasing anything, but the two girls on staff on 10/19/21 were very friendly and took the time to explain the items in the store. We would definitely come back on a future visit as my wife loves their products.

So annoying .. sales people try to over sale you . I told them I am looking for a specific item which took them forever to find the tool another hour to " look me up " in the computer I asked 3 times can I check out I got what I came for . After she checked me out she started fake apologizing for taking so much of my time it made me feel guilty and uncomfortable I don't know of it there culture but I am from la and service there really efficient and fast .

As always, I'm drawn in by all of the sparkle and glam that Swarovski brings. With a wonderful deal, I began the search for a bracelet to match my rose gold necklace that has a black swan, pearl, and crystal. The wonderful lady showed us an array of bracelets and a a rose gold bracelet with half-rose gold and half-black jewels caught my eye. She let me try both the bracelet and the necklace on to see the look and it was perfect! The great thing is that there was also a sale and an additional 10% off when you purchase two or more sale items.

I tried to return a gift that was a few days late. The manager there was extremely short and rude to us. Every answer out of her mouth was we can't do that, no, it's against policy. She never even thought about a way to help us or gave us any alternatives. I've never received such awful customer service. Very disappointed with our experience there.
