It was wonderful doing business with them! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, attentive, and just really nice to talk to. I went in with an urgent job and they stepped up and delivered! Money well spent. Don is a real one.

I brought my laptop in to these guys with suspected GPU/motherboard issues and asked them to try narrowing down what the actual issue was by swapping in/out the cheaper components, in the hopes that we'd find out it was something small before spending any money on the really expensive stuff, like a replacement motherboard. Alas, it ended up being the motherboard after all, but everything was done at a reasonable price and communication was very clear. After trying one possible solution, they always informed me of the result and discussed what would come next before doing any additional work. This meant that no matter what point I was at in the repair process, I always knew exactly what was happening with my laptop and understood the final amount that I would be paying.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I love supporting well run, locally owned businesses and Super Geeks has my loyalty for the rest of time. The person who answered the phone (Don) was so helpful and knowledgeable I almost couldn't believe it! I was flabbergasted and so thankful for his patience, wisdom, and calm. I'd accidentally deleted many important files and was in a panic! I had called File Savers Data Recovery and they gave me almost no information besides that I would have to give up my computer for 2 weeks, for a price more than twice as much as Super Geeks, and I would have to pay whether or not they recovered any files. On top of that, they would not tell me how likely it was they would restore my data. Super Geeks was like entering heaven. Don told me about turning off bitlock and some other useful information about OneDrive. When I got to the store, he sat down with me with so much patience and kindness, and somehow my problem got fixed within 5 minutes of visiting the store. And they wouldn't even take any money from me! Don just said he was glad I got a happy ending. I recommend Super Geeks like crazy for customer service, knowledge, supporting local, and price. Just the best company that makes me believe in the good of humanity! Thanks Super Geeks!

I went to them to fix a noise issue with my fan on my laptop. After spending over $450 dollars, they inspected, cleaned, ordered new parts, and installed the parts. With new parts, the fix only lasted six months; they only have a one month service warranty. SuperGeeks refuses to negotiate prices for a return customer on the same service/problem and instead I was spoken to in a condescending manner. When stating respectfully that I would go seek other services instead, they stated that no matter where I go, who is to say they will fix it better than SuperGeeks. I do not appreciate their end-all be-all attitude, therefore, I will never do business with them again.Bottom line: If you want dependable and respectful service, I recommend finding a service elsewhere and not spending your hard earned money here!

Took my old and new computer down to have the hard drive cloned, was told it would take 5 - 7 days and not guaranteed that all days would migrate over. Dropped it off Monday morning and was notified it was done on Wednesday. Before leaving they showed me what was done and even they were surprised it went so quickly and smoothly, from what I can tell, 100% migrated over, price was very reasonable, they even set up my portable back up drive with no extra fee. They're number 1 in my book and will use them for all my computer needs.
