“When I stayed at the Hyatt Regency on a group trip, I rented a SUP here every day for 4 days and enjoyed SUP surfing for the first time in my life.This restaurant is open from 6 a.m., so I was very grateful that I was able to enjoy it during the free time during my group tour schedule.If you rent it here, it will be a reasonable 20$ for 2 hours, but you will have to carry it to the beach yourself. If you rent it at another store on the beach, it will be expensive at 45$ for 2 hours, but you won't have to worry about transporting it, so you can choose it according to your needs. I think it's good.What we were able to borrow here was a 10ft hardboard from Starboard or NSP. It is quite heavy and you need to be careful on windy days.There were two staff members who spoke perfect Japanese: a man who was in charge of the board at the entrance and a woman who worked at the counter inside the store, but of course there were times when they were not present.If you want to rent a stand up paddle board for 2 hours (4 hours) at the counter in the store, write your name and date on the reception form, pay the money, get a signed paper, take the paddle from the wall behind you, and go to the entrance. Once you give it to the staff, they will bring the board to you from the back of the store, so all you have to do is enjoy the beach.I felt that the staff who did not speak Japanese were also very nice people.It seems possible to rent a plan for several days by making an online reservation by 3pm the day before, but since you have to return it to the store every day, you can only use the hotel's board locker or bell cloakroom in the morning and evening of the same day. Please be careful.”

Took me 5 minutes to make the purchase. I went back 4 months later to have them add the names of the first semester winners. Imagine my delight when they promised next day service at no charge!”
“Hawaiian hardball is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful.We’ve been coming here for two years to get gloves for our son. They do steaming for gloves. Depending on brand it’s between free and $10.Only downfall is the parking but we’ve never had an issue parking though.Again, good stock, great staff and they even have batting cages and offer workshops and such.”

“It is typical of America that there is enforcement force on steps to restrict speed in parking lots.
The Uber driver couldn't help but smile as well.
The warehouse-like store has a variety of products and sizes, but thanks to the weak yen, it's cheaper to buy them in Japan.
There are also sale items, so if you have the right size, you'll probably get a good deal, but if the yen is weak, it might be the same as buying it in Japan.
I used the restroom, but it was locked, so I had to ask the staff.
You won't be greeted as much as you are at Patagonia stores in Japan, so you can shop at your leisure.”
“I was little skeptical about the Phiten tapes and products. I gave it a try anyway as my neck really hurt one day. Amazing! The tapes tremendously reduced the pain level. It was like pain scale 9 went down to scale 3. All store staff were very friendly and generously put the tapes on my body .”
“If you ever bought shoes at the Running Room, you will never go any place else. The staff is incredibly knowledgable about running shoes. They have all run marathons. The owner/manager understands how people move their feet and what the movement means for shoes. I bought my first pair of shoes from him two years ago. I learned I was wearing the wrong size and wrong kind of shoe. I loved those shoes so much that I returned to buy another pair today. They take a lot of time with each customer and learn what the person needs. They also educated the customer. The prices are reasonable for the level of service. I also picked up some workout clothes that were on sale. They carry a lot of running gear. They have a small parking lot next to the building. They are a local small business. You just can't get this kind of service anyplace else.”

Yes, it's a little more dear but you can also choose top and bottom of different size, colour and style. Money saved actually! They also have innovative designs of swimsuit, so not just bikinis. First day we went there to look for a treadmill we were sold Awesome product, Awesome sales staff (Rose) exactly what we needed... look no more! We purchased the TM the next day then picked it the following day. Our intent was to have them deliver & set up the TM but Rick & Rich told us we could do it on our own & it wasn't too heavy. (They're both heavyweight buff Braddahz) After calling up a friend to bring his son to come help us carry it up the stairs & set it up... we did it! Oh yeah when I went to pick it up at their warehouse which right at the end of the road. Abel was there all by himself loading the TM into my truck & also tie it down for me! He's definitely an asset to this company! (You guyz should hire someone to help Braddah) lol From product knowledge to customer service storefront to warehouse this is the place!!! 10 star's”

I appreciate the last here taking the time to talk a bit of story and patiently answer all of our paddling questions. “First time visiting today & I was impressed. It's a small store, but it stocks so much inside. Yes it's a little cramped, but everything is very well organized & it's easy to find whatever you're looking for. HUGE selection of firearms. I've been to much larger stores, even department stores on the mainland, that didn't have half of the selection they have here. In the 20 minutes we spent here, there was a steady stream of customers in & out. I didn't realize this place was that busy! We purchased some Mace, the gel kind with UV dye for $25 a canister. Martha went over every aspect of using pepper spray. She was highly informative & personable. Like the caring auntie who won't steer you wrong & is honest with you. We loved her! There was also a young gentleman working & he greeted everyone who came in, even holding the door for us as we left. We felt welcomed & not intimidated at all. Good place!”

“Excellent material for the price. I was helped by Erica on the phone & in store Angela went above & beyond to have my whole dressing room set up from work out clothes to work scrubs. Hands down best material I have tried. Will know after use if the quality of this product lives up to what I expect. Yes prices are high for a reason but you save $70 on a pair of high quality pants by becoming a member. Membership is free if you remember to sign in every month to your account and hit skip (no orders) by the 5th of the month. I think a button to save hundreds like I did is worth it ? plan to make a review after using since today I tried on but I noticed the quality immediately. And I'm ? alot! Impressive so far.
