Terrible system for getting customers. The fact we are told here to conveniently drop or pick up stuff then told to wait in line for 2 hours. What a joke!! Got 10 employees working but only two of them dealing with customers. None of them seem to care & just stand around looking at each other.

Store is insanely busy, I have been a customer for years with spectrum but it seems like every year they bumped the price another 20$. I recommend going with T-Mobile home internet if you have T-Mobile! A whole lot cheaper and better service in my opinion.

Spectrum business practices are very deceiving. I've been with Spectrum while they were Oceanic Cable. I recently changed some of my services, TV and Internet. I agreed on the price the associate quoted me, however, he never told me that this is only an introductory price for only 1 year. If the associate was honest and I agreed with the terms, there wouldn't be any problems.
DECEIVING BUSINESS PRACTICE !

The Spectrum door to door salesman keeps coming back to the house and wouldn't go away. He keeps knocking on the door even though nobody answered. And then a couple days later he comes back and knock on the door again. How do I know he's not an impersonator pretending to be from Spectrum. Anyways the guy is borderline harrassment because he keeps coming back and can't take a hint nobody is answering the door means go away.

So this store was actually really good. I made an appointment online, they called me up on time, and I was finished with my cancellation request in 5 minutes.
So why the -2 stars? It’s for this company’s handling of phone cancellation requests. When I had tried to cancel over the phone, I was jerked around by the salesperson for over 45 minutes while being offered “incentives” and “bonuses” to keep my service and being repeatedly put on hold. I ended up hanging up after being put on hold for the fifth time.
So yeah, if you need to cancel your service, definitely do so in person and not over the phone. But to begin with, I would recommend going with an ISP that will not play games with you when you need to cancel your service.

I don't give many bad reviews. The employees objective is to sell you all the services they can by not fully explaining everything in detail. I had to come back a few times for my mobile service. Going to drop their service. Stay away.

Their internet is unstable and overrated, and overpriced. I'm glad they suspended my service because it saved me money every month, switching to a faster, more reliable service.
This is more for the business as a whole over the actual location.

Poor Service, not enough clerks. They have been assisting the same 4 customers for the past hour. I am still #13 &now there are 12 more people behind me. There should be a time limit. Can't these clerks see the place is full. Call in for more clerks.. it's the first wknd of the month... we're are all your employees. This is absolutely ridiculous. Such poor service

Alamoana Spectrum store opens until 8pm. Came in 25 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night and checked in on tablet at the front of the store. Received text that I'm in line and they will be updating me soon. Okay 10 minutes to go and 5 people in front of me. The workers surprisingly blitzed through and Van was so kind in helping me retrieve the new modem. 5 stars quick and friendly service.
Recommend to all my family and friends.

I have been with Spectrum for many many years and there service has gone down hill . I'm waiting just to change my box for over an hour because they are helping so many people ahead of me buy new phones. That's great that they are offering that but they should have a separate location for that service, that's what holds the line up. This is the second time in 2 months this is happening to me for the same reason. I am so close to canceling this s service. I know you want more business Spectrum but what about your existing customers?

Paying my auntie's phone and television bill... My cousin was a bit anxious about not having television service for a couple of days. It seems as though my aunt was not well and was behind in making payments to Spectrum. I went to the Ala Moana Center location because it was close to my next appointment. Spectrum is on the Ewa Wing, across from Foodland Farms on the street level... all the way down from Meet Fresh and ABC Stores. When I signed in on the kiosk (because I didn't have an appointment), I was #24 on the list of walk-in customers. I thought I could do some shopping and return... I went to Marshall's and Starbucks to look at merchandise. When I returned, I wasn't any closer to being seen. I asked how I could delete my name from the list. I was told to just let it go. I had a 5pm dinner reservation. After dinner, I returned to Spectrum (they close at 8pm) and was #5 on the list. That was much better. I eventually paid the bill, but they couldn't add my cousin's name onto the account. Thanks for being polite and efficient anyway! The next day, I called Spectrum and got my cousin's name on the account - with my aunty on speakerphone to verify that she was okay with this change. Yay! It's all good now!

Not one to post things, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due, especially in this day and age. Had a problem with my cable box, and after a lengthy 1 hour online chat conversation, I ended up at Spectrum in Ala Moana shopping center. After another hour-plus wait in the store, I was helped by Sheryce. My account is old and as such, needs a special cable box, which, murphy's law would have it, was out of stock that day. She assured me that if I came back early the next day she would have 1 ready for me. Sure enough, my replacement box was waiting for me when i got there. She was friendly and patient, explaining the in's and outs of why i needed this "legacy" box, and went the distance to make sure i got what i needed. Appreciate the follow through and good customer service Sheryce, keep up the good work. -B
