It was very busy when I got there. Signed in and was 5th in line. This was at around 10:30 am on Thursday.Line moves okay not so quick. Only two representatives were working at the time.Overall, great service and everything was smooth.

This location was way less crowded than the Ala moana location. Came in to exchange cable box, put name on the list and was 8th in line. This was on a weekday around lunchtime Not sure why so many people complained that it was such a hard process. A lot of people must have left as they called 5 names of people that were not there. So I was actually 3rd, and waited about 10-15 minutes (Ala moana wait was over an hour). Spectrum rep was super friendly and the exchange process took less than 5 min, so 5 stars for that. Only gripe I have is that they should have a dedicated line for customers coming in to return / exchange devices as it should expedite the process during busy times.

Call Center policy NOT the same as the store policy... My service was disconnected w/o notice so I called the number on the screen. I was told that if I wanted to reconnect service I would have to pay for the whole month. I had ordered 3 XUMO boxes to replace my DVR boxes. He said if came to the store I could drop off 3 DVR boxes and pickup 3 boxes from the store. Then when the new XUMO boxes came to me. I could bring them to the store.(WRONG) I dropped off the boxes and was told this is not the policy here @ the store. No Boxes going home No service for 2 days. (good thing no football games during this time)Got the 3 XUMO boxes they hooked up okay need to go to the store one of the remotes having issues. Good thing I live close. but no online appointments open for today.

I went in the Kamehameha store. There were a bunch of people already waiting. I was looking around for someone to help or give me directions. No one was around. I saw the check in area. I tired for the life of me to add my name as a walk in. I could not. I Thought it would be easy. Finally one customer rep came out, but he was already helping some one else. I looked around again and looked@ the list. I walked out. I can not just sit , wait and waste my time. For That One Star. If there could be a rep for drop off and equipment pick up, that would be better. Or some type of drop off and pick up. I came home and looked for an alternative return method. I called customer Service. A wonderful person picked up the phone. I asked if a UPS mailing option was available. IT WAS. I am having a package and label sent to me ,and I can return the equipment that way. Once it's packed, I can just drop the package @ a UPS drop off. There are other alternatives. You just got to call customer service. For the lady that assisted me, she gets a 5 star. Therefore, just a 3 all together.

I was trying to switch to Hawaiian telCom but gave Spectrum one last chance. They got my bill down from $341 to $266. I lost my HBO, Showtime, cable boxes, DVR capability but gained their XUMO cable system. FYI XUMO is horrible. The guide sucks the remote is really junk and it's linked to WiFi. My WiFi is also from Spectrum which is super spotty and very weak. So therefore my shows often glitches. Over all I'd say if u have the option please consider the competition. I am going to call Hawaiian tel to get my cable and wifi from here on out.

I did an equipment drop-off yesterday. For being a high-tech giant in the industry, they need to place emphasis on their check-in kiosk. At the kiosk, you are greeted by a large, simple to read screen. After numerous attempts to enter my reason for being ( there were two choices, equipment drop-off / exchange and services). I saw a guy standing near me . I told him that the screen wasn't doing anything. He commented that he had tried but couldn't sign in either. We allowed a third person to try. Boom,boom,boom, he was on the waiting list. The person whom I was speaking to tired. It was about two minutes, and he was on the waiting list. After a minute, I finally got on the waiting list. I was number thirteen. Was this an omem. Sad Face

Quinn D. provided great customer service! He greeted me with a smile and was very helpful! I’m glade I was assisted by him. He was very knowledgable. I just switched over from AT&T a week ago, so I had a few questions. I was with AT&T for 15 years! Thank you!

Came in tonight to simply swap a bad modem. Three employees were on the floor but only one was helping customers. There were 11 people in line, and I waited over an hour. The other two employees were letting people know that the kiosk to pay their bill was out of service but other than that they were not helping customers. I have been waiting for over an hour

Went on Sat, Sept 2 at 2:40p with appt. Signed in and within 5 minutes was served by Bryson. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and successfully changed my service the way I wanted in about 15 min. I was fully prepared to wait hours and asked him why it was so empty there. He replied that it was slow then, but if I went yesterday, the wait was over an hour even with an appt. Thanks Bryson for a stress-less visit!

To all Spectrum here in Oahu! Today our internet got cut off after serving them for 10 years now to our current location and even before that we had Spectrum at our previous place. We told them to cut it off at the end of September, but it was cut off today. We had to cancel the Spectrum internet because we’ve been paying $150 per month. We were offered $40-$60 per month for Hawaiian internet and we chose the $50 option. Spectrum ripped us off. It wasn’t even a high speed internet. We should have known from the beginning that we were being ripped off, just like how Nextel company ripped is an off. Scammers do exist!!

Clean and easy to find facility. There was a small park garage nearby for easy access. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went there to set up a new account, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this Spectrum.

Quinn helped me figure out a problem I was having with my TV box and sold me on 3 lines of mobile cellular service. Overall 10/10 customer service experience I highly recommend seeing Quinn.
