Nathan from the Ward branch is very helpful in explaining the differences between the different bed models and understanding our needs. I usually feel rushed or pressured when trying to test out beds in store, but he let us do our thing for as long as we needed. He was never too pushy but always available to answer questions we may have. Loved the service and selections available. Excited to sleep on our new beds!

My experience was great! I had no prior knowledge of mattresses and Kelly was so patience and helped educate me by answering all of my questions so I could make the best decision for me. I also appreciated that I was able to walk around, leave for a bit and think to make my final decisions. I’ve been in situations before where people try to hard sell and pressure and I throughly enjoyed purchasing my mattress from Kelly.

Very satisfied with my experience. Bed frame w/out headboard was on pricey side. I saw way cheaper and better looking at the NEX tent sale. Great customer service, though!

I walked in for a king mattress frame and not only did they have a nice selection to choose from, they had some in stock! I was prepared to have to order and wait for shipping, so in-stock was a huge benefit. Nathan was super helpful and friendly, he gave me plenty of time to think and decide. I will return :)
