Salesperson Kyle provided excellent customer service and expertise. He was patient and took the time to explain the different mattresses as we shared the needs for the proper bed for our 90 years olds mother.. Sales Rep Isaac was very helpful in helping me find a matress that fitted my needs along with a bedframe within my budget, very polite, very patient, and super friendly. Originally we were at the Aiea store but the lady sakesman would not leave us alone. We told her that we have someone we usually work with and said we'd find her if we needed her, but she kept hovering and interupting our conversations. We didn't like her agressivessness and decided to leave and go to the salt lake location. What a pleasant change. Nathan helped us, didn't push, didn't trail us while we were lookkng around, let us alone so we could discuss possible purchases. He even found us an incredible deal. Very happy with his service.
