Staff is cool, some of the collabs are really cool, the fabric on some of the clothes is not ideally wearable, breathable, etc. I wish they were more kid friendly as well on the prices. I paid $45 for a kids hat.

It's been a favorite of mine since I stumbled upon the store downtown many years ago.
I went to the Evilei store for the first time last year, and I went again this year.
There are many products that can be purchased at a good price on sale, and they also make great souvenirs, so I end up buying a lot every time.
You can buy it online from Japan, but I don't think there's a place where you can actually hold it in your hands, so I always go there every time I go to Hawaii.
The store staff are also cheerful and kind.
This time, after returning to Japan, I noticed that one item was missing and contacted them, but they immediately sent the same item.
I received more than I asked for, and I feel very sorry.
I'm planning to go again next year, so I'll be purchasing a lot more next time!

For those looking for in4mation and Aloha Army, this is the place. They also have a selection of their own products for sale (all the same company). Easy to find. Park near Costco and stop in after 10 AM.Staff are friendly and will help you find what you need in store or online. If you're local, you can save the shipping and pick up in store as well. Show your ID and you're all good. Items come nicely wrapped in branded paper as well.Overall, a great experience.

Imported in4mation and aloha army. One long T-shirt was missing, but when I emailed them, they sent me a long T-shirt and a sticker from Hawaii and shipped it to Japan for free. I want to wear brand clothes that make me feel kind. Thank you!

Whenever we visited Oahu years ago we always made the stop when it was at A la Moana as well as Chinatown. And now at its new location it's always a must visit as well! Customer service is more than top notch. Ive placed many orders online for in4mation gear. But their customer service I received the other day sent them over the top as a favorite brand. I received a call from Emily in regards to a release that was coming (the bounty hunter tee). Back in may unfortunately my order for my kids tee was refunded since the kids version wasn't produced at the time. No problem at all. Fast forward 5 months later (10-12-22) Emily calls to let me know the kids sizes were going to be available and that she recalled my order back in May. If that's not great customer service than I don't know what is. Mahalo to the in4mation and slashers staff !

went to check out this store since a lot of the clothing stores I use to shop when I visited back home closed down. Staff was friendly and great customer service. Even my mom had a good time shopping and bought a shirt for herself. will stop buy again when I visit home.

The staff was welcoming & informative. There's not a large selection in store, but they do have online shopping. You can also order & pickup in store. The clothes were soft to the touch & decently priced. I didn't purchase anything, but I'm considering it!
