Waiting for the rental car agent was really quick, since there were several agents working. I only waited about 5 minutes. The agent was VERY helpful and provided a free upgrade for our rental. She was very kind and understanding. She was very joyful and interested in what I was doing on my visit. The agent where I received my key was quick and very informative in explaining all the items about the rental car. It was quick and easy and I was on my way to enjoying the vehicle.

Treatment is unreal …. Nicole and Suzy are the sweetest hosts. I applied for a Camry and leaving with A BEAMER!!!!!!! Seriously hooked me up for an incredible trip in Hawaii… thanks you two!!!

Claire was great! She was very helpful, nice, friendly, professional, funny, engaging, and attentive. She made the entire process easy and wonderful! The people who gave us our car were funny and nice too! Also, the blonde girl who took care of our car when we returned it was very fantastic as well! Great customer service form everyone!!! I highly recommend this place!
