“We have used Hawaiian Airlines Cargo now 5 times for various pet shipping reasons. Every time there is anxiety but the most recent time, Hawaiian Airlines gate agent and baggage crew, went above and beyond to easy our nerves before take off. Billy was the gate agent for our flight from HNL to SFO on 10/16. I approached the gate desk and told them I appreciate how busy they are but that we have a dog traveling in cargo and would love to get a confirmation he was loaded and ok before take off. He radioed the baggage contact and asked for an update. We had not previously received this kind of response. Previously people tried but we never had an actual update before take off. Before boarding Billy told us he was loaded, strapped, and doing well. THEN we got a text from Kyrie. We don't know who they are but they sent us a picture of him loaded and all good. We had put a note on the crate with our contact info and he read it and actually let us know all was well and our dog is awesome and doing well. This was the best service anyone could have every provided us and we hope this gets back to both of them with our sincere gratitude for an exceptional experience. We are impressed, thankful, and forever going to remember your kindness.”

“Super easy process and very convenient! Had ordered an ice maker/water dispenser as this is the only product like it on the market. They never shipped to Hawaii so of course I hit up ShipToHawaii to make it happen. I had an electronic issue with the first water dispenser that came in but fortunately the customer service at ShipToHawaii made it very convenient in helping me facilitate my replacement order. Very efficient and reliable service. They responded to all my emails very quickly. I highly recommend them! Only thing I wish is that the pick up times to get your item had longer hours since it’s only Monday-Fri 8am-1pm”

“A Great Choice for Courier/Delivery Service in Honolulu! We used this company in 2014 to pick up documents in Honolulu and then drop off at Fed-Ex to be delivered to us in the Los Angeles area. They were easy to work with and we were very happy. Now, in 2019 - we needed the opposite service. A bid deadline was on the line and we needed our bid documents picked up from Aloha Air Cargo and delivered to the City of Honolulu. Cidnie was very responsive and assured us this could be done on time. She kept in contact with us via email and sent us a signed delivery receipt - 3 hours before the bid deadline! This is a very professional service who make good on their promises. Highly recommend! (Again...in 2019)”

“I ordered a paddle board from Florida and the Shipping was free from the seller through UPS. The shipment supposed to arrive on the 20th of June but the tracking system said it was recorded but could not be located a day before. I called UPS and told them the problem. After a while on hold and sent through several departments, the gentleman said we show its been diverted to a different location. We will contact you in 24 hrs and give me an update. The long agonizing wait ended when I was left a message while at work that the paddle board had been found at a different location in LA. and had been sent out to Honolulu and the new arrival date is June 30th. I was glad they found it but was still worried about the excessive handling of the board. 6/28 I got a message the board is here and needed to schedule a delivery. 6/29 I called and told them I would pick it up. I was not about to wait any longer the damage suspense was killing me. When I got there I met up with Dave if I'm not mistaken and he took be to get the board. When he brought it out I saw some serious gouges in the shipping box and I was like in my head f%#€! But when I open the box to inspect it there was absolutely no damage because of the extra foam packing I requested from the seller. It definitely set my mind at ease. I know people complain about shipping freight and have their peeves but I can at least say there was a silver lining in this experience. They did go out if there way to locate my shipment even though I had thoughts if having to go through the claim process. But getting a call within the 24 he period of locating it and getting a call two days before the arrival still made me think they did a great job at rectifying the problem and I'm satisfied with UPS. They do a lot of deliveries to us and they are pretty much always on time.”

“I feel obligated to write a view to redeem Pasha from some of the negative comments on here and actually give credit on them for a convenient business they provides to me. Note that I did make my research and inquiries on other shipping companies and brokers. I decided not to go with the brokers because they make it complicated and sounds hard work and ended up shipping with Pasha Hawaii online for as quick as 5 minutes online. All I had to do is make a reservation and pay at a lower price than brokers. I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but you just have to understand, shipping it on a ship does take time and you need to understand when it will be loaded on the vessel so you can schedule your car drop off on time. Below is the screenshot of the schedule and you will get updated as it gets loaded on the vessel and as it arrives to the mainland. They also gave me a call and email once it arrived and was available for pick up as on Nov. 2. to Nov. 7, and it's only $25 per day of delay. So about two weeks of wait time. In conclusion, i recommend shipping with them from Hawaii to Washington.”

“It was my FIRST time shipping a car over to the mainland so I was very scared and wasn't sure what to expect when shipping my car over. Basically, I was shipping my car over to Long Beach, CA from Honolulu and then picking it up from California to drive it home to our house in Las Vegas. PRE-SHIPPING: PASHA sent me emails of basically what to expect and to submit prior to me dropping off my car. So after reading the instructions and following the instructions on the link sent to me, I was able to upload all proper documents timely and able to clean my car before I dropped it off. I dropped off my car in Kalihi in this warehouse. I was skeptic about the area because I had no idea where this location was at BUT they had a lot of PASHA signage and identifiers that really helped me navigate into the building. I was able to schedule a drop off time in advance (read the instructions haha) and the people that checked me in were super nice and it wasn't even a long wait. I made sure to empty out all of my belongings. Note: make sure you take all of your important paperwork with you like car registration, etc. I know they say to keep gas less than 1/4 - mine was a little more over 1/4 but the guys said it was good. SHIPPING: Check your emails! PASHA notified me when the ship was leaving port and ETA for it to arrive. I had taken a flight to Japan for a couple of days and was making my way to Las Vegas after Japan and kept checking on my car as I traveled. I dropped off my car on November 14th, it got shipped out on November 22nd and arrived in California on November 27th. But it was in San Diego during that time so they had to drive it over to Long Beach from San Diego. Because of this, it took another 2-3 days until they finally called me to let me know that it was in Long Beach. POST-SHIPPING: They finally called me on November 30th and I was able to schedule a pick-up time the week after in Long Beach (one down side is that the Long Beach office is closed on weekends). I flew out to Long Beach from Las Vegas (I took Southwest) and the airport was super small but was able to get a Lyft/Uber to the pickup location. It took about 10 minutes but it was definitely farther than I thought. When I arrived, I was able to check in and wait for my car to come in. It was pretty seamless and I didn't have to wait at all. My car was a bit dirty but was expected especially after being shipped from Hawaii. Overall, the experience was very easy and I would highly recommend it. I only spent about $900 for my car to be shipped over so not sure if that varies for every car but PASHA had a way better deal compared to MATSON or other shipping companies.”

“I had the extreme pleasure of being served by Faye last week, and the experience couldn't have gone smoother. She was about to step around the counter when she saw that I was carrying a heavy package but I ran up so she instead reached over the counter to pull it up. She then proceeded to very sweetly and patiently walk me through the entire process of sending the package to Japan. I can't remember when I've had a more pleasant interaction at the post office. She is a definite asset to the Kaimuki branch as well as the entire U.S. Postal system!”

UPDATE ** CHANGING REVIEW TO 5 STARS — DHL staff immediately took action to ensure my package was delivered smoothly. Ken responded to my review in less than 24 hours. I received a call from our local DHL office to arrange a re-delivery. The delivery driver called in advance and upon reaching my destination. Mahalo folks!”

“I was here today to mail some used clothes and a gym bag to my daughter in the Mainland. And because it was bunch of clothes, it was heavy. I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. So I asked a lady at the counter (Samantha) not expecting any helpful advice. “Ma’am, what will be the best (cheapest)way to send this box to the mainland?” She said “let me weigh it first and then let’s figure it out!” She then weighted my box and said “this thing is heavy, the best(Cheapest) way for you to Mail this, will be in a large flat rate box!” And then she Pointed out where I could find that box.
When I tried to put my pre-packed bag into the large flat rate box, the box would not close. I was so disappointed and worried that now it’s gonna cost me a fortune to send this with the regular rates. That’s when she came to rescue me and said “ oh no, The box has to be completely closed and Show no gaps Between the wings… Here, let me help you!”
She then took the box and pressed, closed tightly and taped it so well it was almost like an air proof!! And then with a big smile on her face she said “now you can send it with a flat rate!” As if she just saved her own money or something…
