Got 20 prepaid the guy working put it on the wrong pump which had another customer so I had to go ask that customer if he could please move because the clerk refused to put it on the pump I was at. He did not add my has to the pump and tried to blow me off telling me so sorry I don't know... I demanded my $ back or gas he fumbled around pretending like he had already added it to the pump. I went back to the pump no gas still. I went in and told him I'm done playing and wasting my time I just want my $ or gas after several more minutes I was finally allowed to pump the gas I had paid for almost 10 minutes before. Worst gas station on island by far

Prices at this shell is more than most shells on the island but he one star is due to lack of knowledge by one for he clerks ... they have two at the gas station but the clear said it doesn't work after I tried and he gave me this weird look ??!! I was so how can I pay with my phone and he tried explaining to me but I was like you don't even have a tap machine out so if I double tap my button it does nothing without connect to your tap!! Hello!!!! He sounded frustrated from the start and was not pleasant at all ... terrible service

I brought my car to this Shell on Ward today because my engine light was on. I’m writing this review to thank them for their kindness and excellent customer service. This was my second time going there after a coworker told me how wonderful they are. I’ll go there anytime my car needs service done.

These guys are great, good to check, but the oil they put in my car ran out by probably burning in engine, —cheap thin or bad synthetic? I could’ve ruined my engine — other oil since then hasn’t leaked nor run out. I need to hopefully clean my catalytic converter, sensors etc.

HONESTLY LESS THAN 1 STAR.This service station can go out of business and the world will be a better place. Racism is a real problem in Hawai’i and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I arrived at the station at 8:57a and safety checks start at 9a, but I was waiting outside with another local brother for an extra 10 mins while they let other customers into the shop (all Chinese or non local) while myself and this other guy stuck waiting. Now keep in mind we been there waiting now it’s the other guys turn and the shell station turned him away saying they don’t help his kind. It was unreal the way they treat people is unreal and something should be done to get these people out.

If you really need gas this place is ok. It's always more expensive than the other stations in the vicinity. I usually put in a gallon or two then fill up at Costco. There's another station by One Archer Lane at corner of Dreier St and King that is usually 20 cents a gallon cheaper. I've gotten a safety here before. They are extremely picky and try to sell you on mechanical services. For that I'd schedule an oil change at Alex Brodie's on Queen St.

Safety Check -efficient, fast, no appointment (first come first served) What a great experience getting my safety check done at French wrench Shell Station on Ward and Queen. Pull up in the first row of pumps next to the cashier (drive in so car is facing Mauka) and wait your turn. If no line then great! Just pop in and let them know you want a safety check. Technician asked for my mileage, registration and insurance and I sat in the car and followed instructions. I paid in the office and he affixed the stickers and took some photos of the car. I was in and out in 15min or less.

I LOVE my ride!! This is what my dad used to call his regular place (not here) a service station as that's what they did is come out and service your car...the full or mini service. Sadly those days are long gone and it's all self service so folks like me rely on places like this who still service your car for maintenance though on this day it was for a friend so I met her here and took her to her destination. It seems like the garage opens at 7 so I got here a bit too early so I decided to use this time to browse a bit and was delighted to see a gas station conveniently located on a busy corner to have all the basic needs such as a air station and squeegee besides the usual ATM and mini mart. I have filled up here in the past and know it's here for me whenever I'm in need. Thank you!

Stopped by for a safety. He failed me because he told me I had a break light out. I went to buy one and have my friend fix it, and guess what? The break light isn’t out.

The bathroom is always out of service. FYI.They got (4) four drive-ways: all are in and out. (1) one drive-way facing 'Makai', (1) one drive-way facing 'Mauka'. The garage & building structure of this SHELL is on the 'Ewa' side. So mathematician, the (2) two remaining drive-ways are on the 'Diamondhead' side. They building is on the corner, so you know playa. They don't talk much at all either. So we both shouldn't take it personal; Right?
