In need of auto body repairs for my beloved Fiat...again. Three years ago (still too soon!) SH Fender gave me the best experience so it was a no brainer. Brandon took excellent care of Fifi and me and provided wonderful advice to best navigate the complex (to me) web of insurance repairs. And a big mahalo to the kindly mechanic who came over and advised me on a separate issue. I can't say enough about this business and how wonderful (esp as a woman) it is to have a trusted partner.

I rarely write reviews but SH Fender provided such exceptional service and work on my car that I had to post a 5-star review. Brandon and Alexis kept me updated on the status of my vehicle during the time it was in the shop without me having to call in and check, and they (and GEICO) turned a quasi stressful / negative situation of having my car randomly keyed into a streamlined positive outcome. They went above and beyond the level of service I imagined. My car looked and felt brand new when I picked it up from the shop, and the painting and paneling were beautifully done and spot on. Now my #1 rec to family & friends. Mahalo nui loa, SH! ??

SH Fender have some of the friendliest people Ive ever met! Starting from the pleasant phone calls with Alexis, to Jared's exceptional services. Jared made me feel so well taken care of, and had so much empathy for me and my vehicle. My car returned to me better than I could have ever imagined, exceeding my expectations. I will be referring everyone I know to them! Amazing experience.

So I recently got into a fender bender, but thankfully I was recommended SH Fender shop! When I called, the receptionist was super friendly and she helped me book my appointment easily and in such reasonable timing...luckily :) Then upon arrival, my experience was so great! I was met with Jared and Brandon, and they both are really excellent at their trade! They really made an unfortunate situation go as smoothly as possible! Clearly Jared is very experienced, actually accidentally took him for a manager. Both are so nice, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!! Ive already recommended this shop to someone today and will be continuing to do so! :) @emi_sklar

I could not be any happier with my experience at S H Fender Shop! These folks did an amazing job repairing my Rogue after I was sideswiped by someone. I've attached a couple before and after photos, and my car looks good as new!! Not only did they repair the damage wonderfully, in the process they even fixed up a bunch of other dings and scratches I definitely was not expecting that and it was such a nice and pleasant surprise. The entire process was super simple. I literally walked in off the street late Friday afternoon and the nice stuff welcome to me and Rob promptly looked at my car. They discussed the process with me, time frames, etc. I felt so comfortable with their staff and with the good reviews online, I decided to let them fix my car since I liked them and they had the time to take me on. They said they'd order the parts needed, and a week later I got a call saying I can drop off my car. They even called Enterprise and got me a shuttle from the shop to pick up my rental! I dropped off my car on Friday the 8th and picked it up Friday the 15th. Like I said, the car looks better than new and I am so impressed by the team that works there, their work, and how they went above and beyond. Hopefully I never need such repairs again, but if I do S H Fender will be the first place I turn to for help! My repairs also went through the Geico coverage of the person that hit me, and S H Fender made the entire process super simple. I don't think I could be any happier. Rob was also super nice when I picked up the car. I had some random questions on the shop repair process in general, and he even took me back to show me where they do some of the work! Rob seems like a truly genuine, honest and nice guy, I can't say enough about him. Thanks S H Fender!!

Impeccable work. Took my RAV4 there after a collision as none of the State Farm recommended shops had great reviews and SH Fender had great ones. It was worth the slightly extra work and both State Farm and SH fender made the process a breeze.Communication was great and the car looks beautiful. A nice touch to get it back washed and looking like new.

I have Geico and was advised to select one of their preferred autobody shops for repairs when someone hit my parked car and damaged my front bumper. After reading all the reviews of Geico's preferred shops, I selected SH Fender Shop and thank God that I did. From the inspection appointment to the finished repair work, Alexis and Jared were in constant communication with me. The whole process took three weeks, which is quite fast nowadays. Note, if you need parts, this may take longer, but it's not due to SH Fender Shop as parts are in short supply nationwide. Anyway, their repair work was incredible, especially the paintjob. They did everything to OEM specs including sensor calibration, the car looks brand new again. Though damage was done to the passenger side, the bodywork and paint blending and full bar clearcoat was immaculate. I couldn't believe it was a Geico preferred autobody shop as they normally tend to rush things. But SH Fender Shop took the time and expertise to make sure the repair work was done perfectly. And they vacuumed and washed my car afterwards too! Fast, friendly, and most importantly, highly skilled! I would have gone to my own autobody shop choice but they closed down, so I was really blessed to have SH Fender Shop as an option. Thank you very much SH Fender Shop for your excellent work!

Needed a replaced fender and side panel, the crew fixed it up nicely in a slightly longer time frame than originally estimated due to backordered parts and internal damage (understandable). Their crew was very friendly and straight forward in person and on the phone. They are thorough and make sure to complete your vehicle in full working condition.

I was not happy about a tree falling on my car, but the SH Fender crew made it as painless as possible. I feel like quality customer service is almost impossible to find these days, but it is alive and well at SH Fender. They did a fantastic job fixing my car, kept me updated the entire time, and were generally just good people all around. Super appreciate the work ethic and grateful for the quality service.

Not only did they do a great job on the bodywork paid by insurance but also buffed out some scratches and adjusted my pickup bed cover so it won't scratch the gate. Really went above and beyond. Mahalo!

Jared and his team is top of the line workers! Came in to do body work on my q50, not only the paint match was on point. The body work look good as new, they also buffed out scratches all around my car when it was not part of the damage report. Really recommend this shop for any body work!!Services: Body & Trim

My car was damaged and needed to be repaired. After contacting GEICO they provided me with the list of body shops. I checked a few of them on Yelp and this shop had the best and great reviews so I decided to contact them... and boy I'm so glad I did. Sonya, Frank and everyone at S H Fender Shop are miracle workers and I am not even exaggerating. During initial inspection, Frank explained to me that paint on my car is often difficult to match and will never be the same, BUT then he goes "It'll look even better than what it was. And HE WAS NOT KIDDING! My car looked like damage never even existed. And my poor dirty car that I left with them came back all detailed and cleaned inside and out and smelled and looked like a brand new car again! I was speechless. This body shop goes above and beyond throughout, from making arrangement for rental car, explaining the process, and everyone here are extremely nice and professional. If you're looking for the body shop that you want to trust, don't look no further. Trust the reviews.

My car was hit on the drivers side. Luckily the other party's insurance took care of the repair. Took my car to S H Fender as I've done in the past. However this would be my first repair by them. Needless to say I can't really tell it's been repaired/repainted. They did an amazing job, would use them again.
