I required some assistance from the parts department, and Marvin Mosuela went above and beyond to help. I really appreciated his patience with me as I have very little knowledge about car parts. He responded very quickly, was respectful and polite--although I'm sure I tested his patience by changing my mind at the last second to cancel my order lol. Give him a raise! :)

Today's (Oct 24, 2022) service was greeted by Doug Young (Service Consultant), Lisa Sugasawara (Service), all of the mechanics and service team. All were very personable, efficient, and treated me as a valued customer. Thank you Servco Lexus for the all around outstanding service! :D

We have been looking for a new car for my wife the past few months. With the chip shortage, getting a car you want with all of the options has been very difficult to find. Add to it the surcharge most dealers are tacking onto the price being "market adjustment" or "Dealer Mark up". I've seen this cost range from $5K up to $10K on top of the MSRP. Lexus does NOT mark up their vehicles which we were very happy about. We worked with Roy K who was referred to us from a friend. Roy was always careful to explain everything about each car, the pricing details and answered any questions we had. We ended up making a good deal on a new Lexus model thanks to Roy K. and Rex B. They both worked with me on several visits to get us what we wanted. We have yet to take delivery on the new Lexus and looking forward to it.

The first thing, once I walked into servco Lexus in Honolulu dealership I was greeted kindly by Jason thai our sales consultant, he was very friendly and he did fantastic doing his job! He help us and explain to us what we need in order for my wife and I. To not struggle in the long run paying off bills when it comes with problems with the car or any damages done on the car. And he tried his best to get us the best deal and rates. He give us good advices and over all we were satisfied being a customer at servco lexus Honolulu.if I would rate from 10 being the highest I would rate it over than 10 I would rate 100! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Mahalo!

I work closeby and when I started my car the check engine light went on and my car was shaking. I stopped by to see if I could get some idea of what was wrong to know if it would be safe to drive home or not. The guy said they couldn't do it right now but if I wanted to leave my car for a couple of days I could. No aloha or care shown at all. I didn't expect my car to be fixed right then but at least to know if it was safe or ok to continue driving.

Always felt pressured at other dealerships but the experience at Lexus was so much more different. The transaction was simple and the process was extremely smooth. Roy as our sales agent catered to what we needed, and was very patient with us. No hidden agenda and wasn't forcefully trying to sell us a car. Roy definitely took good care of me and my family and was able to take home a brand new SUV for the family. Definitely standing by the Lexus family for a long run! Thank you again Roy!

I needed a car fast since I got into an accident that was deemed a total loss and didn't have a car to drive at the time. I was in the market to look for a new pre-owned luxury vehicle and had looked at a few dealerships for used and pre-owned vehicles already. I had looked at direct dealerships for these vehicles and other indirect dealerships that probably acquired these vehicles from a trade-in. I've been through everything but Lexus at the time. My current credit isn't stellar, so that was part of the discouragement to not go see a Lexus dealership for fear of being turned down for credit since I had a similar situation in the past when I had visited a few dealerships in another state. My experience was different this time, since I was with a friend and we usually go for our weekly exercise sessions, they convinced me to go see Lexus dealership and take a look. So we get to the Lexus Pre-owned side and go in not knowing what to expect and I was introduced to Jason Thai. Jas on was the nicest guy in the world and very down to earth. He made us feel comfortable and asked what I wanted to see. I already did some research and had 2 cars in mind, a 2019 ES 350 and 2018 RC 300. Right from the beginning, was asked for my license and registration. I went to other luxury dealerships before here and wasn't asked this so thought it strange. When I asked Jason, he said he won't be sitting with me for the test drives, so that was the reason for the documents and after that, we were off just driving on our own, it felt great and no pressure when you have a salesperson sitting with you on regular test drives, so loved that approach. After test driving the 2 cars, I really wanted a 4-door car since my past 2 cars were 2-door cars. Again, my friend convinced me otherwise to get the 2-door and said it matched me and my personality better lol. Going back to Jason, I indicated that I wanted to come back later but he didn't know if the car would still be there, since Lexus's do go fast and due to supply chain issues, I might miss getting one at a good price with the color I wanted. So I decided to work with Jason to see if I can get the car. I did indicate I was putting down a substantial amount and with that getting financed was probably going to be easier. After working a bit, Jason indicated I was able to get financed which I thought was great. So I put down a small amount to lock the vehicle in so no one else would buy it, this was on Thursday and waited till the weekend to pick it up. Before the weekend though, Jason called me back and indicated that he was able to get an even better financing rate and I was really impressed that he would take the time to still look for a better rate after I had locked in the car. So I go back on Saturday to get the car and after filling out the paperwork, the car was ready. Jason took me over and gave me a brief overview and then handed me the keys and said he wanted to take some pictures of me with the car, I'm usually not one for pictures and said it was ok hehe and then he proceeded to thank me and said he really appreciated my business and made sure to give me all the necessary information on who to call what to expect after the sale and also indicated safety checks were included at no charge for the life of the vehicle, which I thought was amazing. I really enjoyed the experience with Lexus and had to say it was one of the bigger deciding factors on buying from them, it all came down to service and of course the reliability and the unrivaled reliability and excellence which has made Lexus the top luxury dealer the world over. Jason did send me numerous pictures of the car a few days later, of course without me in it hehe, but I thought it was a really nice touch and I just wanted to thank Jason for the wonderful experience and purchase. Jason if you are reading this, thanks so much for the wonderful service and experience and next time you see Uncle Sam tell him I was really happy with my purchase.

I've been a customer for about 15 years now. I'm on my second car and have them service it for almost every repair and oil change. I go to them because I've owned many cars before but never got nearly the same professional, courteous and friendly service. Not even from Mercedes. Their remodeled greeting room and waiting room is quite comfy. The wait times are for repairs and oil change is normal and the staff takes initiative and is preemptive. As long as they continue to provide me with reliable, comfortable and beautiful cars, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Moved to the island last year and discovered Servco is the only Lexus dealership on the island. They gave me an appointment and options other than a loaner (they still have a shortage of loaners). They finished my car service in less time than estimated including doing the safety inspection so we can finally register our car here. Overall, really happy with their service, the people are awesome and the communication is constant even in text. They also gave me free roadside service for the next 6 months. I've fallen in love with my new dealership. Mahalo for the wonderful service.

Been going to servco lexus for years. We have been through some pretty interesting times but I will say, they make things right. I love my car and love the fact they have people passionate about keeping me around as a customer. On my fourth car and must say love it. I will be going here again and again. Can't wait for the the electric suv.
