My wife owns a 2001 Lexus IS300, which I purchased from your dealership brand new. Up until yesterday I had no problems with your service dept. End of last month, I had to get a safety check for this vehicle. It did not pass. Technician said left front strut was leaking fluid. I called your service dept. for advice and they informed me that I only had a 1 year warranty on the leaking strut. He said that the manufacturer of the strut may replace it upon review, but at the dealership level I only had 1 year. On 07/19/2021 I had both struts replaced at your place. My question is who knows when strut started leaking? Technician
said it might have been leaking for quite a while. I made an appointment for the inspection you recommended. I bought car in at 9:45 yesterday for my inspection. By 3:30 in the afternoon I was still waiting. She said there were no technicians available to check my car. Why did I make an appointment only to be told that you had nobody to check my car? 6 hours is more than enough time. Plus I had to call her several times to check on the status of the vehicle. She said I should have asked for a loaner since you have no shuttle service to Mililani. I just picked up my car and left. Wasted my whole day for nothing!!!

Scheduled test-drive appointment. Rushed test drive and short loop. Shared hardly nothing about the car. Got told wait time is like 1 year that's pretty much all. Then onto the next customer.
Hey I know you can sell anything with a Lexus badge here. But if you don't really want to do pre-purchase service, you should prohibt test-drive altogether. Worst service I've ever had. You put dirt on Lexus brand and hard working Japanede masters who create this brand.

Service department was terrible. Almost 4 hours for an oil change, didn’t start working on my car hours since check in. Told them I would be waiting here, with my 2 young children.

SERVCO Lexus used to be The very best dealer in Honolulu . I was a repeat customer. 15 yrs. The service on my 2020 Lexus has been very mediocre & the service in 2024 has been poor. Free Safety check was a travesty…. 1x time: claimed edge worn tires (only 15k miles, no explanation) cost me $1000. 2x time window tint too dark - same tint was on previous safety checks, no issue. I took it to a walk in safety check … passed with flying colors. I overheard 2other owners failed safety check for tires. Sounded fishy. I also own. a 2022 model. Seems they are over taxed with vehicle service capability. . Shuttle service is limited . I will look elsewhere for my next vehicle . -A disgusted (former) customer .

If you're looking for a place to treat u well have nothing but smiles and a good attitude come here. The deals were amazing the customer service was a 10 out of 10. I would recommend. Their service guy definitely got me with his spilled coffee gag. Good people and I cannot stress enough how great the experience was.
Shoutout to Jason Thai. If u need a car he's your guy. Thank you guys for the amazing experience I plan to be back again in the future

Amazing salesman Steve Choi a Servo Lexus of Honolulu helped my girlfriend find the car she wanted and the price was very reasonable. Also needs to be mentioned that David in Finance was also extremely helpful and organized. Everyone has their own unique dealer experiences and i can say that after years of interacting with the Servco Lexus service team and now sales team I’m impressed. When an automobile dealer makes the experience painless everyone ends up being the winner.

Sales reps are not friendly. We went down to look for a car and was interested in one particular suv. Not one person approached us. Your loss someone would sold a car that day! So we left. My partner and I have good standing credit of over 740 and good income. I guess we weren’t dressed rich enough? lol
