Locked out of my safe. I called and emailed several times. They called me once and said they'd get back to me. Never did. I gave up. Called Salz.

The keypad on my company's safe stopped working and only responded to the "c" button. I needed access to important documents so it needed to be fixed fast. I called Senetics and they let me know that the keypad needed to be replaced. I got a quote and invoice emailed straight away from Reid and Sheila. The next day my keypad was ready for pickup. Reid gave clear instructions on what to do. Thank you for the awesome customer service! Also, check out their cool office furniture!
