From A to Z lots of everything clothes are clean the over all experience was very pleasant. The prices were very inexpensive. They have just about everything you can imagine and they have a drop off section for donations and best part. You get a slip of paper for a discount for shopping. If you donate the parking, they have handicap parking. There is limited space on the ground floor kind of busy store

I love savers! I find some really great vintage furniture and clothing here often and have accidentally become a weekly regular at the King St location. My favorite thrift store on Oahu!

DONT PUT IT ON A HANGER IF ITS NOT FOR SALE - extremely unhappy customer!!! I was in the store looking for a table cloth that I needed for an event next day. The table cloth didn’t have a tag so I was honest and asked how much. They told me it wasn’t for sale and I couldn’t come back another day to buy it. Not sure if they thought I was trying to steal or what, but I would have gladly paid $20 for it which is probably 4x the price they will sell it for. I’ve shopped here many times (and the previous location) and I’ve found items without a tag before and was able to buy them without an issue. Today’s interaction with the staff left a horrible taste in my mouth and makes me not want to shop here and literally tell everyone that I know not to shop there either! Not the way to treat regulars!

I have always loved Savers and this location is so much nicer than the last one and other one on Waipahu but its a shame that they havent recovered from Covid when they refuse to not have dressing rooms nor bathrooms for customers. So you have to purchase the clothes, try them on somewhere else and come back to return when you realize they don’t fit. During Covid i would have to try on work clothes under my big skirt but cant do that in a busy store. Can you please get with the times and install dressing rooms like Platos Closet and Goodwill? You can always have an attendant spray them but waiting for days for a return on items that didn’t fit is just too much. I look forward to the changes.

Ross is cheaper and brand new for most items. The person in charge of pricing items is disconnected from reality

My daughter wanted to go Thrifting looking for good deals for clothes. We typically go to Goodwill, we've never been to Savers. We checked out this location located in the Kalihi area.Parking is plentiful and free. The store in general was quite sparse, a lot of clothes, but not much else. They were no dressing rooms, which was a total bummer, since you just have to eyeball the clothes and hope that it fits.I did join the Savers club which send you emails for savings and coupons. We found out later that this location closed, but that they're opening a new location in the Moilili area. Hopefully this location actually has fitting rooms!

Open less than a week at this location and I can say these goods are not "gently used." I saw a pair of dirty sneakers and an old rusty iron fying pan on the shelves.I wasn't impressed with the selection of used and secondhand items, but if that's your thing then go for it. On a Sunday afternoon there was a line of cars waiting to enter the garage and many shoppers inside. There is a handy donation drop off area just past the main ground floor entrance. If nobody is there push the button to call them. You should get a 20 percent off coupon on your next purchase.

I like going to savers because the clothes are super cheap and they have a lot of things in all sizes, but the store itself is just horrible. The original location was already bad enough to shop in, but somehow this new location is even worse. The layout is confusing, the aisles are insanely small so you can’t get past anyone unless they shove themselves into the clothing rack. I was rammed into several times by customers and employees because no one is paying attention on top of there being no room. I had a coupon that did say it can’t be used for grand openings but it’s day 3 so I wasn’t under the impression they’d still count it as “grand opening”, but they did so I couldn’t use it and was told I’d have to wait til tomorrow. Sucks because I will absolutely not be going to that store again until it dies down, but I don’t imagine that’ll be any time soon now that it’s in Waikiki area vs airport area

So I went in to see what it had. Rusty pots and pans, furniture that looked broken, and everything was a bit overpriced. Some of the things you can get new and in good condition for less than a dollar more. The greeter was good enough, but that was the only pleasant thing in there. The store smells kind of rank, considering it opened a month ago. Honestly, people are better off doing their shopping at Ross.

Liking the old Saver's better. It's bigger and more space. Wish they had a dressing room, Covid over , no excuse. Watching a lot of theft in store and people not ringing up all items, because of the self checkout.

The new location on King Street just opened on Thursday, November 2. Today was the first weekend day they were open and it was very very crowded. Luckily I snagged a parking right in front. The store is very well organized and so much better than Goodwill. The prices were extremely fair and the selection was huge. They even brought in other stuff from the Waipahu store to manage their grand opening weekend.I would highly recommend Savers overall, and this location.
