Shopping in Honolulu, Hawaii... Located above Walmart on Keeaumoku Street, Sam's Club welcomes its members daily! I'm not a member, so I followed my sister here. She showed her membership card at the door - after we parked on the second floor of the Walmart parking structure. We entered from the side street and drove up the ramp to go directly to the front door of Sam's Club. Sam's Club seemed less crowded than Costco... maybe because we beat the after work customers? Even the lines to pay weren't that bad! We went up and down most aisles. My sister wanted chips that were packaged in snack sizes. I wanted Oat Milk, but only Almond Milk was available. Pass... I also got some mushroom chips... interesting... a tiny little bit of sweetness with a smidgen of savory on crunchy mushrooms (3 types). When I saw Kansai Yamato mochi, I bought a tray for a potluck tomorrow. Yummy! The produce department seemed a little small. No Apple Bananas to be found... We did pass through the clothing area, the pharmacy, fresh flowers, orchid plants, and the café. We'll be back!

So last night when I was heading out to the gym to lift weights, I decided to take out my rod, and upon firing up the car........my battery crapped out! Ai-yai-yai!!! What to do? Head back to Sam's Club automotive center of course! Luckily for me, I kept my paperwork from when I purchased my car battery back in February 2022, and I could clearly see that there was a 3 year warranty/guarantee for my car battery. I removed the car battery from my rod this morning and headed over to Sam's Club automotive center at 10:00 AM. When I walked into the automotive center with my car battery & paperwork, there was absolutely no one around. I saw a few workers in the service bay area working on cars, as they were putting on new tires, but there was absolutely nobody manning the automotive store counter area. After waiting for about 5 to 10 minutes, I decided to walk on the store floor to ask a clerk if anyone was working at the automotive store counter? Of course, the clerk told me that there was someone......... After walking back to the automotive counter area, a clerk finally came out (I think his name was Anthony) from the service bay area. From there, everything else went smoothly..........I told Anthony that I had bought a car battery from them back in February 2022 and that my battery had died. Gave him my paperwork with the receipt from Feb. 2022, and he promptly went to the shelf & grabbed me a new car battery. I signed some new paperwork for the new warranty car battery, and out the door I went! Service here is good (once you can get service), and I get what my Yelp buddy - Bruddah Craig T. said about service at Sam's Club automotive center. Lol, as Bruddah Craig was spot on, about what he said about service. I guess now-a-dayz it's hard to find workers, and I could clearly see that this location appears to be very short-handed (as far as help goes). I don't blame the workers, as they are doing the best that they can, with the resources they have at the time. Best bet is to show a little patience, and I'm sure they will get to you when they can. I am so HAPPY that I got my car battery! Anthony even asked me if I wanted the battery installed to my rod? I replied back, with a - "Hell No", because I don't want to wait, while I can do a simple battery installation myself in less than 5 minutes! Lol!

Their pizza is better than Costco but it seems they are either out of coke icee or just in the process of making them. It's either one of those. I do wish they'd have coke icee available most of the time.

My hunny and I popped our tire on the H3 we decided to change all 4 came in 3 days ago and one of the workers said come back tmmr at 745 am and we can fix it since we plus members . Came around 815 the next day and they were booked up till tmmr . My fault tho he did say 745 I came at 815 so I come back today alone and the workers who opened today were amazing he took me in didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars . My hunny paid the other day so I didn’t have to pay a thing extra . And they do everything with a smile . All the workers there are great but the young guys !! They’re the best they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car with them . 10/10 will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know . Everyone who opened today Friday November 10 . Y’all work hard and do it with a smile . Amazing job ??

The last time I punctured a tire, the service took 30 minutes. Today it took 3 hours. Then they tried to sell me new tires. When I said that I needed repairs, I was told to go to any other service. When I had a bmw, it was fixed for me in 30 minutes in front of me. Then I looked inside and found my broken pyzel surfboard . Its cost is about $ 1000 . The employee smashed the nose of the board by simply sticking it into the passenger seat. When I showed him the scratches on the seat and on the plastic and the broken nose of the surfboard. He told me I don't understand anything about surfboards. Such repairs cost $ 100-150 . To which he told me that the manager would call me. I left my phone number. A day has passed and the manager is still busy to call me. By the way, I teach surfing and this is my working tool and I need it every day. They broke my surfboard an hour before my class. The repair will take at least two weeks. And all this time I will have to rent equipment. I don't recommend this service. If this is a job for people, then the staff goes to such work in vain. In their place, I would have fired myself.

Purchased set or tires with free flat repair. Needed repair and technical told me my car was old and tire sensor was bad. I just needed a flat fixed. After 3 hours picked up car and next morning tire flat. I call store and was told to hold for technician but disconnected 7 times after being so called transfered. I had someone air up my tire to get back to the Sam's in pearl city and the store was closed. Why didn't they just say that when I called. Dirty service. I have been a Sam's customer for year's. So sad ? and a waste of my time for no reason . Lost trust and work hours due to this nonsense.

They’re not bad. Had my tires installed without issues and the staff are generally helpful and nice. Installation time was fine too at about an hour and half. The only problem was when you order a tire, expect them to be installed a week after due to their appointment queue.

Was very good. Ordered tires online. Got them installed 2 days later as a walk in. Only took 2.5h.Went there first on a Saturday at 5pm. Was already closed. They left early. Went back Sunday morning turns out they only take appointments on weekends.

The store was nice. I was able to scan and go but when I tried to leave security was disrespectful to me. Then when I was scanning out the front door a worker named Geronimo scanned several items of mine and I asked if there was a problem and he stated was just checking. I saw him scan one item from other peoples basket and several from mine. My only assumption is that he thought because I'm black I stole the items. He was very disrespectful and wanted to explain it to me. Not my first time at a Sam's club and I told him no need to explain. Black people have to have extra items scanned to make sure they aren't stealing. Even a black doctor. The racism I'm seeing in Hawaii is amazing me. If they can't treat customers equally, they should be fired.

Don't order delivery from them. I have tried three times and each time my order did not show up. No one available to help...wait I did get the cases of cat food I asked to be shipped to me but not the order I wanted delivered...Also order didn't show up until almost 10:00 pm...the order that was to be delivered by 12 noon today never showed. Found out their third party delivery guys can pick and chose what they want to deliver, Stick with costco Instacart....I will never order delivery from Sams club again...not reliable. Also, their customer service sucks so I am officially switching to Costco..except for KE'EAUMOKU pharmacy...they are the greatest. Sorry Sams you lost my regular business...Costco here I come. Check out my account with my name...I spend lots...so long Sams I rather spend my money on businesses I trust!

Workers, 0 friendly... Cashier especially. I only went there 2 times with a sam's club member of course....... Otherwise u can't pass the security check point even if u hold over $500 worth of gift cards. 2 out of 2, bad experience with services. I won't be a member of this club ever. I like Costco.
