This place is disaster. Don't buy the products they recommend. No refund for sale items. But, I didn't get enough explanation before I bought it. You are a customer before you buy, not a customer after you buy. Worst service ever. A service that lowers the value of the brand.

Where do I begin… I got these top quality Italian slides and they spared no expense in their craftsmanship. From the high quality plastic, to the authentic Italian hot glue that held them together these are made to last about a month. At first wear they were not only hard and uncomfortable, they gave me blisters a must have feature for all new footwear. Shockingly after suffering with them on after a few times they did break in and were actually fairly comfortable, that’s when they fell apart. Recommend them to someone you don’t like very much. I’ll be stopping by to see what kind of “warranty” they have but I’m not expecting much. They gave us a full refund so they made it right which was cool. Just beware these ones.

Exemplary service and amazing luxury pieces.As a traveler from the LA area, I stepped into the Royal Hawaiian’s Ferragamo store to find myself a birthday gift. Little did I know, that I would be leaving with two!Right off the bat, I was helped by Kentaro, a very knowledgeable and patient retail partner. He led me through the items I gravitated towards and offered very helpful advice and tips regarding each piece. He very much understood my vision and preferences and I couldn’t sing higher praises for the aervice he provided my husband and I.I purchased a lovely mini wallet in the color Carraway Seed while my husband bought me a pair of LOVELY and COMFORTABLE Vara Bow sandals. I was genuinely impressed with both the quality and comfort of the shoe, especially on my flat feet!I will most definitely think of this location finally given the service I was provided by Kantaro, and for the large selection of goods I’ve seen (more than LA area). If I am so lucky to visit Hawaii again, I will easily make a stop at once!

High end shopping is just the bees knees when you have genuine salespersons such as the lovely Rosie that assisted me with my purchase! I've always adored Salvatore Ferragamo and noticing that there was a boutique walking distance from the condo I'm staying in during my visit here in Waikiki was almost a dream come true. I walked past there almost daily looking in the window and trying to decide what I wanted to look at before I went in. Being a salesperson myself and not wanting to waste anyone's time, I wanted to make sure once I got through those doors I was in the buyers mindset! I've been wanting a new wallet so I decided that would be my focus whenever I was in a position to go in, as lines have been long to get in due to the limited amount of guests they can let in at once. One day I had time to wait and once I got inside I was sad that none of the wallets excited me like I'd hoped. But since I was finally "in" lol I decided perhaps something else may catch my eye. And it did! This lovely bracelet seemed to beg me to take her home. But since it wasn't what I came for, my brain categorized it as an "impulse buy", something deplorable in my eyes lol! So I didn't purchase it right away but decided "if I really want this it'll stay on my mind" And that it did! So I went back last night to purchase it and not only was I greeted quickly by another Salesman, he was happy to notify Rosie of my arrival. Since she was helping another guest, he prepared the purchase for me and got it all ready to go for his colleague. (There are forms to fill out when purchasing from them!) As a salesman myself, I appreciated seeing the teamwork displayed and the willingness to help! Rosie greeted me with a very jovial "Hi Bianca!" from across the room as she approached me! I'm sure she meets many so to remember my name was a class act power move (in my opinion). She told me she would wrap up a few last minute items with her last guest and be right back. When she came back she greeted us with cold beverages and all smiles! The transaction was seamless and the discount she offered me days before was honored without a mention from me. Totally impressed with the service abs quality of my piece. This boutique is a totally BB referral!

Always wanted one of the belts from here and now I got it. It was just one of those things I wanted and now that I've done it my need to do big spending has been fulfilled. Of course when you are spending so much customer service is on point. They are so eager to help. So this void has been filled for me, I'm good.

Pretty good service, but they had really low energy compared to the Ferragamo we typically frequent. It was a rainy and slow kind of day, so that may have played a role.
