Don't waste your time or money. I went to Amy for a "full" head of highlights, spent over 4 hours in the salon, spent $413 for the service, tipped her $75 and came out looking BARELY any different (see comparison photos below).
As soon as I got home and realized what my hair looked like, I reached out to Amy to see if she would re-tone my hair and add a few more foils since it didn't look brighter or like my inspiration picture. I texted back and forth with her for FOUR DAYS basically begging for her to fix it and she just kept telling me to try and wash it a few times as the darker toner may come out. (In my opinion, I should never have to do that to get the results I want and should leave the salon looking the way I asked.)
Long story short, she said she could re-tone it, but would charge me MORE to get a few more foils on top of the $488 I already spent with her.
Needless to say, will not be going back, and now have to find another salon to fix this.

First time here, I waited for a long time to find a place for my haircut. So i plan to try out this place because it was 5 star! I called and i asked one of the worker who she would go to for long layer and she recommended one of the owner. I thought with the owner cutting my hair wouldn't be a problem and I didn't had to worry because I was in the hand of an experience professional. My hair was up to my hip and i asked him to cut to my chest but it was short above my underarm. After my haircut my lips was shaking because my experience was so.... bad..... i didn't expect for him to not know how to measure and calculate the length I showed him. He kept cutting and cutting and I did not want to say anything, because it was already ugly and short so I didnt want it to be worst then it is. I left a five star becuase as an owner myself i didn't want to ruin his business but i want to share my sad and crying experience to the people that is particular with their hair and care a lot about their looks. STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECCOMEND getting a hair cut here.

Wow! What a great service!I arrived jetlagged from China and had approximately 20 hours til my next flight. In this time I wanted to get a haircut and redo my nails before checking into the hotel room.Mr Bowie at Salon Capello was not only accommodating but did a great job at cutting and taming my frizzy hair. He recommended a great frizz tamer upon my request.I saw Ms Jade work during the time I spent there and can alos recommend herOverall a very pleasant experience and I would go there again if I fly into Honolulu.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Ruined, over-bleached fried hair by JESSICA
DO NOT get your hair done by Jessica. She ruined my hair. She over bleached it and fried my hair. She stated that my hair was "acceptable," didn't offer any solutions, and stopped responding to text messages. The owner refused to talk to me as well. Overall very unprofessional. Save your hair, your money, your time, and happiness and do not get your hair done here.
Trust me there are so many better and reputable salons and stylists on island who do a better job and will own up and take accountability if mistakes are made.
Her photos are a sham. She fooled me into thinking my hair was fine because she did a salon style blow out. Two days later when it was wash day, I could barely brush my hair due to the damage and had to schedule a hair cut appointment to cut off the mess she made. There is still a lot of damage left and will have to get another haircut in a few months. It took me two years to grow my hair out so I am completely devastated.
I am posting a before photo of my hair as well as the SIX HUNDRED dollar mess she made, and photos after my haircut. I wish I had seen an honest review before scheduling my appointment.

Bo cut my hair and did an excellent job! It's one of those cuts that just does it's thing easily and keeps it's shape for a long time. He also give a great shampoo - kind of a shampoo massage.

Listen ladies, Jessica is a hair cutting wizard genius! I say hair cutting because I haven't seen her for color (yet), but boy can she cut hair. I've been getting my hair done for a long time now never seeming to be able to find someone who can give me what I want. I don't mean that in a snooty way, I mean it more like you go in, you ask someone to cut off an inch of your hair and before you know it you're walking out of the salon sporting a pixie cut. Not Jessica! She really listens to you and gives you exactly what you want! I have only seen her a couple times so far, but as long as she is cutting hair I will keep coming back. She's also so sweet and personable. The salon is well kept and it's always been a great experience going in to see her. She really is the BEST! *Next time I go in I'll have her take pictures so I can post them on here*

I will continue to see Jessica as long as I possibly can. So grateful for her talent, her eye, her expertise. I am 110% happy every time I leave and I always learn more about my hair and my preferences- she takes the time to really get you to your hair goals and I couldn't imagine a better artist for me. My boyfriend was in dire need of a haircut and perm, he's been getting perms for four years on island and hasn't been able to find someone who is good at it with his hair type. Jody is by far the most qualified person. He said "Jody put his heart and soul into my haircut" beyond executed our expectations. Recommend Jody for any haircut or perm needs !!
