They rarely answer the phone, and when they do they give you an arrival time of 8am to 5pm. Horrible customer service.

I had an appointment and no one showed up. I called 3 times and they said a refund would come. It's been 2 weeks and there is no refund. AWFUL experience.I contacted Safelite and was put on hold for 30 minutes to be connected with "billing" but then ended up at a company directory with no help.

this business does not accept phone calls. i had my windshield replaced yesterday, and they forgot to transfer a static cling sticker to the new glass. i have been calling, the answer bot detects that i had my car there yesterday based off of my phone number, and hangs up on me!! i am conpletely unabled to contact these people. i just want my sticker back.

We recommend having the product repaired at another shop.The glass on my car was broken, so I requested that the glass be repaired through my insurance company. We were told that the glass would be ordered from the mainland, so we waited for a month, but in the end, it appeared that they had not ordered the glass, so our repair request was cancelled.I contacted the shop many times over the course of a month to check on the status of the glass being in stock, but each time I was told that they would contact me as soon as they knew the glass had arrived, and the order was left unattended. This is a truly irresponsible store. I don't recommend it.

About a month ago I had scheduled a appt too get a jeep wrangler qtr window replaced, dropped it off at the facility for the appt and 3 hours later they call me too tell me they had the wrong glass and I need too come pickup the Jeep. No explanation or even tried too remedy it, ended up taking too Ace glass where they took care of right away.On Sat someone brakes into my VW Passat so I make an appt with Safelite KOAPAKA since my insurance company suggested them, Tuesday was the earliest appt so I tuck the car away with a broken glass till Tuesday. On Tuesday I drop off the Passat for its appt with a window missing, the tech tells me I should be about 3 hours. About 5 hours go by and no update so I go by the shop too inquire about the status, THE CAR WAS JUST SITTING OUTSIDE UNTOUCHED STILL. I ask them what's going on and the service girl at the counter was nice and explains that it'll be done by end of day so I say ok and leave. 4:45 comes around and they close at 5, still no update so I go too the shop again... I'm told it'll be done shortly and I can wait there so I tell my ride they can just go.. after waiting the car pulls up "done".. tech hands me the key and all seems fine. As I'm walking out I see him driving away leaving work.. I open the door and hear a bunch of glass in the door, I look at the door panel and it wasn't re installed correctly and the window switch was broken. I walk back in and the service counter girl comes out and agrees so she takes pictures of the door panel and broken window switch, she tells me a manager will contact me and I said ok and left. Well I waited all day the following day and SURPRISE NO CALL!!!! Very poor service and experience twice for me, very poor follow up..

Well I am trying to set an appointment and their auto responder voice prompt is horrible! Can’t believe this is the service you want to provide at “Hello.” It’s lazy and you trying to save money on a CSR just lost you a potential customer.

I was quickly helped at the desk. My tec came right out told me how long my car would take . Much to my delight it took less time . I waited in the comfortable customer area watched TV was offered coffee or water. Great customer service ?

They do not honor appointments. Got one appointment to come to my house was waiting the whole day but the guy never came and never text. The other day called and they did not schedule me until the next week. And the lady that got the phone was not trying to help.

went in to replace my windshield and they installed a scratched up windshield. went back for a replacement and again the windshield that they were to install was defective. Dont they have a quality control where they check their inventory. waisted my whole day and finding out that nothing was done. asked to talk to a manager and they have already gone home. and no call back after asking them to give me a call. bad customer service but my technician was straight up with me. had to file a complaint about this company. you might want to look into another company to do your windshield.
