100% the best movers we’ve ever had! The guys showed up on time and worked hard. They were polite, followed guidelines, and even gave tips for things to do / places to eat on the island.

Don’t pay the extra money for Royal Hawaiian Movers. They will break your stuff, when your goods are stuck they come up with excuses and then make you pay more then what was agreed on. And they held our stuff for almost two weeks before adjusting our bill and our stuff stayed at the warehouse for all that time. Do not use this company

Had a pack up to ship to the mainland. Judthony, Ervin, and Andrew showed up on time, were super respectful to us and the items, carefully wrapped and boxed the pieces, and crated with such efficiency the only thing that kept them was the rain. I have NO doubts that my items will show up perfect.

We are getting ready to PCS and had our household goods packed up yesterday. I was extremely skeptical because our move here with a different company on the mainland was extremely careless and broke quite a bit of our belongings. The guys who came to move our stuff yesterday were extremely understanding and packed everything with such care! I asked for things to be packed as organized as possible and I feel like they went above and beyond. We were originally told it would take two days to pack up our house but it only took one day.

Simply horrible. Duel military so we have a lot of property. Mel the supervisor has the most horrible customer service. His lack of service, and status information should put this company at the bottom of movers list. Don’t recommend.

Royal Hawaiian Movers provide first class service all the way. They shipped my car and my two bedroom apartment from the mainland to Oahu with no damage and without losing so much as a single screw. The crews on both ends were hard working, professional, courteous, careful and excelled at their jobs. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservations.
