Stopped by this Ross and boy what a big surprise. You would think because of the location they would be somewhat decent, absolutely NOT. This place was a mess and the further you walked into the store the messier it was. I could not even look through the racks because they were jammed packed with clothes hanging and clothes off the hangers just shoved into the hanging clothes. There were also clothes on the floor in between the hanging clothes. The store was so dusty and the worker that was putting clothes back on the racks didn’t even care to flip the clothes right side out or even pick up or rehang the clothes that were shoved in everywhere. 8registers and only 1 was open. The only neat part was the aisle of goodies leading to the register. I mean I’ll probably be doing the workers a favor by not recommending this location to anyone. The workers themselves look like they didn’t even want to be there. It was 10am and I only saw 3workers. With the amount of mess there was, there should have been atleast 10 people working.

KAAI has got to be the absolute worst sales associate I have ever encountered. She is RUDE. She is ABRUPT. She treats customers like they're lesser human beings. She handled my return tonight. I had my receipt and the returns folded nicely - better than how she gave them to me last night when I bought them and she was the cashier. No greeting. No smile. Tossing around the clothes like it's rags. Then she tell me "just take your receipt" which was she threw at me. As the return receipt comes out of the machine, she rudely says "go just take it". Too lazy to remove it from the machine and give it to me herself. I mean, really. And she has this incredibly bad practice of calling the next customer "next on 1" (referring to the register number) before she completes the transaction in front of her. Last night a customer didn't even have time to put away their change and grab their items before she's calling the next person like cattle to the slaughter. And it defies logic that the management there doesn't know just how terrible KAAI is as an employee. They must see it happening. But the whole vibe of the store makes customers feel like they're a bunch of lowlifes who are PRESUMED to be thieves and not customers. And don't say "well, it's hard to find people now". I'd rather wait longer and pay more to get at least the minimum amount of respect as a customer.
