Used to love this place and shopped here often but I was told that there’s no restroom access for customers!! I was planning to buy a lot but had to leave due to the fact that I needed to go find a restroom. Will never spend another dime at this location. Very disappointed!! Paying customers should have access regardless. It’s too big of a store to not have a bathroom for paying customers!

The store serves as a modest yet comprehensive spot for shopping clothes, shoes, home essentials, small gadgets, and gifts. Its location is quite handy, perfect for a brief shopping excursion during lunch breaks or post-work hours.

Their store is great and the employees super friendly.
Big homeless encampment outside of their door though but never seen anyone making trouble

Great selection!! However the homeless encampments breaks my heart. It's hard to shop when you see choke homeless people right outside of the store.

A lot of selections. Downside no restroom. But otherwise easy shopping and a lot of parking. Homeless will not bother anybody.

Parking is tricky and risky. Homeless encampment near. We had no issues at all on our visit. Good selection of normal Ross things. More luggage than I have ever seen in any store of any kind. Good prices for middle of the road quality luggage.

Bought a luggage, a hat, and kitchen towels, etc. Great prices, lots of parking. Only thing, there's homeless tents and they partly blocked the exit so drove to another exit. Kinda spooky. *This Ross is by the exit of Dole Cannery Theaters.

I like this store. Close to home and when I go there during the week as soon as they open, there's plenty parking. Staff is friendly as well.
