I called this place to make sure they could do a safety inspection- they said no reservations were needed- so I brought my car in- went to the counter- where there was no one behind the counter- and waited- thinking someone would come to assist a costumer- waited 10 minutes- then started to call hello- someone appeared- I asked if he could assist me with my cars safety inspection- he said no- he disappeared I waited another 20 minutes- while many workers came in and out of the office. Finally I asked one of these workers if the could help with checking my car in for a safety inspection- he said they were to busy and said I should go to another place for my inspection. I guess business is really good that this company is pushing customers to other businesses. I will not be using this company in the future.

Had a problem with my fairly new Chevy Colorado and couldn't get an appointment for service anywhere on the island for weeks. Recon Center was recommended by an employee at the dealership. Dennis at Recon Center is awesome! He was attentive and arranged for my truck to be towed to them. Although the did not end up doing work on my truck, Dennis made every effort to help.

Dennis was very helpful . I just got my car couple months ago & there was a huge leak and from beginning to end he kept me updated & was very helpful throughout the process . I got my car 2 weeks ago and he still checks up on how my car is running . Excellent customer service .

I never thought I'd review an auto shop, let alone leave a 5 star review ! I'm honestly that type of person who HATES getting their car fixed because I really don't know much about cars, and I swear these places can smell my ignorance. I had been hesitant for years, and my car was slowly but surely falling apart, so I decided to check this place out. First off, upon calling, they literally had the SWEETEST receptionist on the phone, her voice was like honey. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me answer some questions, as well as help me book an appointment for a full diagnosis and a safety check. Dennis was my main point of contact from then on, and he is AMAZING ! He answers all my inquiries, gave me constant updates and info, and they really communicate what's going on and what's needed for your car. I needed ALOT of work done, which I knew from the get-go, but they gave me the best options and advised me on what I could wait on and what was a priority. I am sooo glad that they are a one stop shop, because they were able to get everything I needed done. All 4 of my tires needed replacing, both of my headlights were out, my back bumper was falling apart, my headliner was held together by thumbtacks, my ac didn't work, my radiator was going bad, my window motors were dying, my tint was peeling and bubbling, and I had an oil leak that was left untouched for 3 years. They fixed it ALL. It was literally like an episode of "pimp my ride" when I picked my baby girl up. Throughout the whole process, Dennis and staff were so amazing and knowledgeable. I had a bit of anxiety with everything needing to be done, but they gave me a peace of mind with their awesome communication skills AND everything done was at an affordable price (well, as affordable as car repairs CAN be). I'm definitely going back to them for ANY issues that may pop up in the future, and I would highly recommend coming here ! Thank you soo much Dennis, and everyone else at Reconcenter for finally helping me get over my auto shop anxiety, and for taking even better care of my girl !

Amazingly quick check in for service. I got there 10 minutes early to drop off my car. Left key in cupholder. Went inside. The check in took 3 minutes to confirm information. Everyone wore masks and multiple places to wait for my ride. I chose outside under a tarp.

Most unprofessional unreliable dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Made an appointment to look at a truck for my son on Friday. Showed up for the appointment only to find out the truck was schedule for service and wasn’t available. Then they tried a bait and switch tactic that we declined. Rob the salesmen set an appoint with us for Monday to bring it to our house for a test drive and close the deal. An hour before the scheduled appointment I texted to confirm he was coming. He didn’t respond until the time of the appointment to say that he didn’t believe the truck was completed by the service department but was checking. Almost an hour after the schedule appointment still no follow up on the status of the truck.

I waiting a good few weeks for my truck they gave it back and I almost died out on the road yet they said it was running smooth again now I’m here again week later trynna get in touch with the mechanics to see if my truck is finish and they blocked my number (Dennis)

Autosource is the least expensive dealership in Hawaii! They are very friendly and take pride in providing the best pricing for any vehicle. I recently bought my vehicle here and they are the best at making sure to get you down to the best price possible so you can leave with a car. They managed to stay under my budget and still offer me everything I was looking for. Will come back when ready to buy another car!

My experience went well from start to finish! I called in to make an appointment for safety check and was greeted by a professional and friendly receptionist and found it refreshing to hear a friendly voice on the other line. Receptionist took a message and within 5 minutes I received a call back from Dennis to confirm my appointment (I had called after hours and appreciated the same day callback even after their business hours). Dennis is awesome and knows his trade . I showed up the next morning and the safety check went smooth and fast. Facility is clean and it looks like it is well organized and maintained. Remember to ask for Dennis, he's awesome and provides service with Aloha spirit.

Brought my CHRYSLER 200 in because I had a check engine light on and code showed something wrong in the EVAP system. Had a very terrible experience with Chrysler dealership on Ala Moana Boulevard and decided to do my research on Yelp and found Reconcenter. They scheduled me nice and easily and everything went smooth when I dropped off my car. If you don't have a ride back they offer to drop you off in your own vehicle and they'll drive it back, so if you don't want any issue with transportation please plan ahead. Monday morning dropped off my car, got it back on Wednesday. However, throughout the whole process I was calling each day just to check the status of repair on my car, staff told me they will be texting me updates and calling me back but no word heard from them. I was charged $125 and mechanic Kevin told me "There was a problem with your Gas Cap module, so we reset it." However, check engine light came back on JUST 3 DAYS LATER! Brought my car back and Kevin told me it was a different problem. He told me to bring car back in for an appointment AT A CAR DEALERSHIP FOR A SOFTWARE UPDATE ON THE CARS SYSTEM! So I spent $125 just for a gas cap light reset which wasn't even part of the problem for my car. Im writing this review because I'm very frustrated with the way my car was handled. I keep texting Kevin and asking him when can I reschedule my appointment again because I work and I'm also a busy man yet he doesn't call back or text back! When someone spends their hard earned dollars into your business you make sure that person gets treated the right way. Not everyone is perfect, I get it, but this will be the last time I will ever recommend Reconcenter to anyone of my acquaintances.

Had AC problem dropped my car off on Monday morning got it back on Tuesday afternoon I didn't expect to get it back till Wednesday but Kevin knew I needed the car for my job. The Recon guys got on it diagnosed the problem and went way beyond expectations in getting it repaired. Now I feel like I'm driving a new car the customer service at Recon is caring and professional. I recommend Recon to anyone who wants great service at a fair price. Aloha.
