“The Aloha Suites is in a good location, has free beach chairs, boogie boards, and other beach items you can borrow, and has a small kitchen area. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is no front desk and no daily cleanings but this didn't bother me as they were very communicative and helpful.”

“My brother and I needed to sell our condo because we couldn’t afford to keep it and it was going into foreclosure. My brother was also in bankruptcy, so that added another headache to the situation. I contacted Maila, she assured me that she would be able to sell the condo for us and we would end up with money in our pockets instead of handing it over to the bank. About 3 to 4 days after the condo was listed we got a cash offer and 30 day closing. This was more than I expected. Maila told us we should counter offer since it was below the asking price, we did and ended up accepting their counter offer which we were very happy with. “Recently there was a huge rockfall on my property, damaging a big section of the heavy protective fencing. Thinking I might have to sell the property, I call Natti. His advice: I need to build that expensive barrier fencing back, whether I keep my home or sell it. He gave me a list of contractors, something I wasn’t expecting from a real estate agent. I chose one who built back a fence that’s stronger than the original. Now felling safer, I have decided to stay, not sell. Rather than seeing this as a quick sale, Matti was more concerned with helping me to make my property reasonably safe, so I could make a better decision to leave or stay. I am keeping it.”
