Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free. Bitcoin doesn't mine overnight although many people claim that, but it's not possible, otherwise they wouldn't be placing ads on Facebook for people to come mine with them so the best you can do for yourself is to invest with an accepted and financially secured bitcoin investment company that would grant you success & get your future secured. This post is for people who have filed with Rachel and were wondering when they were going to get their refund. Found out from Rachel back in March 2020 that their electronic filing wasn't working so they had to mail in a bunch of returns (Mine included). Finally got in touch with the IRS today and they told me that mail in returns have been suspended due to the Covid 19 and they are looking to start processing in August. I'm posting this because a recent post noted that Rachel passed away (My condolences) and is the reason why I guess no one can get in touch with her or her assistant. Anyway, hope this helps some people.

I noticed her business was going down hill for a year or so. Decided to go with someone else this year, and am glad I did. I heard Rachel passed away and was still doing taxes for people. She had been doing several friends taxes that i referred to her, and they have yet to see their taxes filed even though they paid her already. The office isn't picking up, and there appears to be no way for my friends to get their money or paperwork back. Does anyone know what they can do now?

Her business is going down hill. She did my taxes on turbo tax. Used to get great service but not anymore. Been call her number for 10 days and no one ever answers the phone. It's been 1 1/2 months and still no return. Try to make sure she even filled it.

Rachels Tax Service has completely dropped the ball on my 2019 tax return. I first went in to drop off my taxes February 8th. Three weeks later I contacted Rachel and her office staff (that is extremely unqualified and rude to a point). They first told me that they were processing and that didn't have my information and that they would call me back ( which they never did) so I called back for the next three days and they gave me the same run around. The next time I called them I had asked if they had lost my tax information, they said that they had found my papers and that it was ready. So on March 7th I went to pay and E file with Rachel where I explained to her that I was really disappointed and she dropped her price because of the lack of service. When I had left there I was told that we had E-filed and that I would receive my return within 21 days. 21 days later and there was no return so I contacted Rachel`s office to see what happened. I was told that the E-file did not go through for my return and multiple others. Now they had to mail it in, at this point it was the last week of March! Today is April 15th and I have no idea whats going on! Please stay away from this tax service !!!

Rachel did my taxes wrong twice in 2019. Then ripped me off for over 4 thousand dollars after she hired me to move her office. I took her to Cort and the court found for me ordering her to pay. Still has never paid. Later finding taxes were done wrong yet again.... Read More

Very disappointed with my tax filing which was done here. Been coming to Rachel's since her office was on Koapaka street; that's over ten years ago. Don't know what's happened with the service here. Phone calls not returned. Discrepancies on return not explained. General feeling of not caring about my business. If i'm charged over $300.00 for tax services, I deserve satisfactory answers other than, "Just turn it in and take the loss." Will be looking elsewhere for tax services.

I've been using Rachel's Tax Service for more than 20 years with excellent results. She knows her stuff and works hard to ensure we get it right. We had complex tax issues when we first went to her and she helped get everything straightened out. It is a relief to know our taxes will be correct and filed properly.

I've been using Rachel for 20 years. I read the previous post and felt compelled to reply. Rachel is professional, knowledgeable, and has provided me great service. I do not know why the previous writer got a letter from the IRS, but Rachel will only report information the the tax payer provides her. If the information is incorrect, or inaccurate, then it is not Rachel's fault if it red flags the IRS.
