I am grateful they fit me in without an appointment, but the lady who did mine was struggling thru the entire process (filing way to deep into my nail bed, had to redo multiple fingers), and my gel manicure started peeling off after just one day (and black pieces peeled off looked wet underneath, like they were not properly cooked thru in the UV light).
Will not return for sure.
Edit: I appreciate you guys replying. I went to another salon to get the chipped nails fixed; initially the plan was to redo the two fingers that were peeling off, however my nail tech found out the polish were indeed still wet under the top layer, so we ended up having to redo the whole set.
I am actually glad they chipped because having moisture trapped in my nail for potentially weeks sounds like a disaster.
You took down my information as I came in last Sunday. It’s the same name. If you truly want to help, you know how to find me and refund my transaction. I won’t be coming back.

This has been my go to place for mani, pedi for the past 5+ years and I am still a regular. They open until midnight which is also great!

Only one week in for a gel manicure and my nails look like this. It started chipping less than a week. One gel manicure and one regular pedicure took over 2 hours. I think they gave me an intern or student. This was my first time here and I'm very disappointed. What a waste of my time and money.

It's super unfortunate that I have to write this review since I've always had good experiences here but my latest experience has definitely left me feeling a bit disappointed and unsure if I'll come back. I booked a pedicure here as I always do and I'm not sure if the girl was new but I was really disappointed with the results of the pedicure. The service itself was subpar and took twice as long as it normally does. It took nearly 2hrs which completely threw off my schedule for the day. Two other clients both getting pedicures with gel started after me and finished before me. Now if it had been a quality service perhaps it would've made up for it but my nail chipped a day later and the shine of the nails are lacking. Normally with the other providers there my nails can last a month with no chipping. During the callus removal I felt like nothing was happening it was so gentle no dead skin really came off at all. Super disappointed as this was a pedicure before a vacation and I didn't want to spend more money to get them redone. Girl was kind and even though I do not recall her name I definitely would not want her again if I were to return.

It's unfortunate to write this but when you're scheduled for a gel removal and you're told on the phone that it's only going to take 30 minutes, you're going to plan the rest of your night based on that. Tell me why this service almost took 90 minutes....the technician I had wasn't trained to use the drill so she was constantly trying to file the gel nails away, but each attempt felt futile when my fingers had to continue soaking in the acetone at least 2 more times. The customer next to me finished her whole set of gel nails before I finished removing mines. After the 70 minute mark, one of the senior techs noticed it was taking longer than normal so she jumped in and helped to do my other hand. I honestly was so irritated by this whole experience and the fact that they still charged me for the full price of $30 to remove my gel nails when it took 3x as long to get them off.... Baffled. My plans for a Friday night did not account for this and and I hate to be that person but I'd rather spend my time and money elsewhere for a while

Customer service is great, and the techs here are able to do more complicated designs. Jordan knew exactly what she needed to do to achieve the reference photo I showed. Highly recommend.

Asami is an amazing, patient and a professional at her craft. Healthy nails is a priority while making them look amazing. We need her on the mainland. I didn’t feel rushed or as if I’m in an assembly line getting in and out, damaging layers of my nails.

I found the best eye lash technician here her name is may and shes fabulous, she does an amazing job and I always get compliments from everyone another technician even said her work is flawless and my eyelashes were seemless love her to pieces

Got pedicure when I first got in the other night. Was very pleased they were open when everywhere else wasn't. The tech did good job and was very pleasant. I will only go here when I come to the island.

Today was my very first time ever coming to this salon I was a bit skeptical as my last go to place wasn't as great as it was before but I'm really appreciative of the service I received as a new customer. My gel pedicure looks amazing. I will definitely make another appointment soon.

I've walked past this nail place many many times, but never thought of actually going there to get a pedicure, until I discovered that a good friend of mine has been getting her nails done here for close to a decade (or longer!). If you're looking for a spa-experience (quiet, relaxing music), this is NOT your place. It's a small place, and there's not much ambiance, but the price is reasonable and the technicians do a good job. They have really good hours (can't think of another place where you can get a pedicure at 10 pm) and if you want some nail art done, they can draw it or you can look in their book of stickers.

Alyssa is so fun! It was my first time there and it felt like we're best friends just chatting as she does my nails. The designs are super cute and creative.
