Let me tell you, these guys nailed it.
From excellent customer service over the phone, convenient emailing of important documents needing to be printed to ninja-like precision when aligning the photocopier, Reed and his team did everything, perfectly.
They even had my documents prepared for me before I got there.
I'll be bringing my need for promotional flyers to you in the next week. Thank you for being awesome and right here where I need you.

I haven't really compared their prices because they seem reasonable, but they have great customer service, with good turnaround times and they do good quality work.

I cannot recommend Professional Image enough. I was scrambling late Tuesday night trying to find a way to get business cards printed for work the next day. Online retailers like “Next Day Flyers” were giving me expensive quotes and couldn’t in fact get them to me next day.
I found Pro Image on island and submitted a request at 11:30pm. By 9:00am the next day they were able to get me proofs and prices and had them done by 12:00 noon before my shift started! The quality is amazing and the colors really pop.
Thank you to the team at Professional Image for the speedy service. I did pay for the expedited service but it still came out to less than if I were to wait for other stores to ship to me.

Parking is very limited here but the service is wonderful. I called and asked if they printed headshots with resumes, which they do! To save me time, they gave me their email address to which I sent my files to, along with the specs for what was needed, then they called when it was ready for me to pick it up. Once there, my order was ready and I was in-and-out in less than five minutes. We certainly will be returning for our future printing needs.

Can't say enough good about this company! They worked fast, efficiently, and everything came out perfectly! We even misspelled something on our menus and they were able to print 170 new ones in less than a day. Mahalo David for everything!

Five star experience for sure. Mahalo to Ross for all his help printing our burial program for Dad.Process for printing was super easy; simply emailed Ross and staff whatever document I needed samples of and he would have them ready for pickup & review later the same day.We probably revised the file for editing over 5 separate times in a week but Ross continued to print the samples every time, working with us until we had everything perfect the way we wanted.There's a few reserved stalls for parking in the back with a nearby lot as well. Printing price was also very affordable. Cant say enough good things about this experience. Give these guys a chance and you will be happy you did.

I cannot recommend Professional Image Waialae enough! Ross and the team took care of all my printing needs for a family event. Ross helped me color correct my projects, so everything looked amazing.
