Behind the old Hawaiian Tel building downtown. Super convenient for me since I work several blocks away. I've used them for so many things for work and personal...and now for a small banner for friend. Decent prices. Good quality. They always let me know if the quality of my file will work and provide other options. They are also fast. And never fails, they are so nice and accommodating. Just a pleasure to work with them.

The holiday season is always chock full of errands. In addition to your normal work day, throw in Christmas shopping, packing, shipping, etc. it seems that there is never enough hours in a day. So when the CEO asked me to get some holiday cards printed a few weeks before Christmas, my response was, "Absolutely! No problem" because it wasn't a problem thanks to amazing professionals at Professional Image at Alakea. I reached out to Professional Image via their website and was responded to immediately - awesome, right?! I was able to share the card design along with the measurements online. I was expecting them to say that it'll be a week for turn around but they were literally like we gotchu, no worries and in a day and a half I was looking at superior quality cards and best part was that they also supplied me with envelopes. Their location is super easy to find and parking isn't crazy like most places in downtown. Their staff is genuinely friendly and cheerful. Will I be doing business with them again? Absolutely! In fact all of our print projects will now be done with Professional Images. So glad my fellow Yelpers steered me in this direction with their recommendations and reviews.

I went here with my own stock paper to be printed on. The staff here was very friendly and the person that helped me, Ingu, walked me through the process and kept in contact with me when there was an issue with my files. Mahalo Ingu and the staff!

Christine saved me today! I needed two reports printed, bound and rushed to my office. I wasn't even sure if that was possible, but I spoke with Christine and she was able to help us get all of that done within an hour, maybe even less. She was not only accommodating and efficient, she was nice and very helpful. I am just truly grateful to Christine and Professional Image for always going the extra mile!! Thank you very much!!!!!!!

I wanted business cards that made a statement. I ordered thick, glossy cards and when they came in I could not be happier. Was not cheap but you do get what you pay for. The staff there is very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to others 100%.

The refund was the only good part of my experience. I had a very simple one sided word document print job that I requested. The copy person, who shall remain unnamed, tried to blame the files tor the results. He/she told me he's/shes been making copies for years.I was given back a print out that looked like it was completed by a kindergartener. Seriously it was completely scattered out of sequence. NOTHING was where it should be. It was an alphabetical file and it only printed, for example, 2 sequential pages in the A's, then a series of end pages from other documents, then jumped to the S's, then back to the C's......this person made ZERO effort to check his work and it looked as if it was thrown on the floor and picked up randomly and tossed together. The work was as if someone was smoking crack or was in some other medication. Honestly, this was the WORST copying job I have ever experienced in my life. I was given 120 pages worth of material.I took my refund rather than argue with this person. I walked a block away to another copy shop. I told them of my experience. They printed the file in less than half an hour, and it only totaled 90 pages AND it was all IN sequence.So it wasn't just "my files," it was the copy person who was defective trying to cast blame.......and like I said.......the refund was the only good part of my experience! I had been a customer for 7 years, and never had a problem there. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.

March 2021- I needed to print postcards by the end of the day. I emailed Professional Image in the morning asking for prices and other questions. I got quick replies and was able to upload my image and pick up the prints later that afternoon. They were very easy to correspond with and delivered great customer service and quality products. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend getting your print jobs done here.

Marissa and her team did an EXCELLENT job on our decals for our company vehicles. They were extremely patient with me, making sure EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was done exactly the way we wanted it. Bradly took his time with the installation, measuring over and over again to make sure they were uniform and perfectly placed. We could not be happier with their professionalism, attentiveness and their overall attitude of how they take care of their clients. We would not use anyone else. Please take a look at the pictures, because these decals literally light up with their reflective vinyl!!! Be sure to wave when you see us driving around Oahu.
