We sold our Tacoma to Tony. We had a couple issues from the start but he was really patient with us. With the problems we had selling and transferring the truck he could’ve just given up but he stuck through the end. He also took care of transferring the title. It was a huge help because my husband was away and I had a baby in tow it was hard for me to go anywhere. He was very punctual and would always reply quickly. Glad I dealt with him and not any other dealer!

I sold my 2010 Toyota Scion XB at this dealership. The process was quick and easy and I was offered in cash (6) times what the new car dealership was offering me to trade in my old car. I was very happy with the cash offer and the ease of making a deal. I would definitely recommend selling your used vehicle here.

This is a small dealership with a nice selection of cars. Most importantly you will be treated fair here. Unlike the big dealerships where you are pressured, lied and upsold; you will have plenty of time to check the car you liked, ask as many questions as you’d like and get honest answers. I got a Miata from them and happy with it. Whole process, starting from a message on Facebook until the end with paperwork was nice and smooth. If you are in the market for a new car, check them out!

Even though it's not on the main street, when you see their cars online and make an appointment to visit, Jaxon will reserve a guest parking spot for you in advance, making it convenient for customers. This makes me feel like they are genuinely committed to their business." "There are many reasonably priced cars here for us to choose from. We looked at several cars around ten thousand, with fair prices and good quality. We were torn between a CRV and a RAV4. Although we didn't find a perfect fit in the end, we plan to wait a bit and come back next month to see if there's a suitable option. Jaxon is the reason you should give Prime Hawaii Auto a chance to sell you a car. And by sell, I mean take care of you with respect, understanding & kindness! Jaxon is all of this and more. I was able to communicate with him easily as he was responsive & informative with emails & texts prior to even meeting. The car was exactly as pictured & discussed. He actually let me "test drive" it for the weekend! I bought the car on Monday!! I was able to get financing easily at a rate lower than expected by only putting an extra $500 down. Very poor pop up dealership. Car looked great in pictures, emailed back and for if there were any issues, salesman jaxson said no issues firm on price. Went down, power seat motor was bad, interior was filthy, and a huge oil puddle on the top of the motor. Very poor business to deal with. Be aware.
