They moved back to Waiwai from the Airport. I hoped that the sales staff would be enthusiastic for sale, but it was more like go away and come back with a product no. When asked if they had a catalog or samples, the answer was No. When describing a polyethylene bag on the order of 10"x16" the answer was No. When showing them a bag that was sitting on one of their boxes, the answer was No. When mentioning Pacific Bag (manufacturer) of capacity by pounds, the answer was No. Too many No's, wasted my trip, so I'll have to say No as well to them. Irony is their middle name. Whatever happened to their sales staff, who were helpful from before and actually helped execute sales with my companies several times over? I guess if this is their typical treatment of customers, it's no wonder they've moved back to this Waiwai dump. Mr. Premium CEO, whoever you are, please take note. I'd like to see businesses succeed. At this rate, I'll just have to go online or to another local company like KYD, Dana Labels, or Triple F.
