It's a nice small lounge by american standards. One can't expect much from any US lounge food wise in general, and this lounge offers a limited amount of hot food (mostly soup) with several options of snacks, fruits and candies/biscuits.The lounge itself is pretty small, but the staff is doing a great job efficiently allocating each space and direction the guests based on a well structed wait list. The drink options are also nice with 2 types of wine (one red one white), a Maui beer, a Maui hard seltzer, a Heineken beer and several types of tea and coffee. The Wi-Fi is pretty good and there's a good amount of sockets available.Vegetarian options: SomeDietary restrictions: GoodKid-friendliness: Yes, but please don'tWheelchair accessibility: There's an elevator from lower floors

I regret to convey my dissatisfaction with the service experience at the Plumeria Lounge located at HNL Airport. Despite observing a significant number of vacant seats, my party and I were denied entry and directed to join a waiting list, with the possibility of an extended wait exceeding an hour. This situation was particularly disappointing, especially for Priority Pass holders who may anticipate a less than favorable experience. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in ensuring a more efficient and accommodating service for all guests.

Terrible service. I had paid membership so I could relax with my parents here. When we arrived, it was full ?!? I travel a lot and I have never heard this before. Very arrogant lady behind the desk. Worst service I have seen.

Very disappointed that I pay a premium price for this privilege yet I am denied due to my age. Ridiculous, just because someone is under 21 does not constitute discrimination and denying entry into a space, it is very simple to not serve alcohol to anyone underage while still letting them enjoy the privilege they paid for.

This lounge is horrid! By just looking at this water machine it says allot about its standards! I hade to stop a mom from putting water in her baby's water bottle. What sucks even more is that there is zero water bottles to take with you . Food is just sandwich and minestrone soup . We had priority pass and an hour to kill so decided to hang out here. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER!

Waiting list despite an empty lounge, never experienced before. You can't get in with the priority pass.

Pretty good lounge to kick back while waiting on a flight.

The lounge is empty and yet you are put on the waiting list and wait an hour. You have to clean the table yourself after eating on paper plates.

2024/03/08Google Maps shows that the business hours are from 8:00, but the correct answer is from 07:00.I entered at 7:00. I was asked to show my Priority Pass and Boarding Pass without waiting. I went in expecting breakfast, but was disappointed as they only had bread, snacks, and fruit. It is wise to avoid expecting too much from the food. For drinks, you can enjoy two types of hot coffee and various juices. There are power outlets at many seats, and charging is possible. It's convenient to have a toilet in the lounge.

Nicer if you are a true Hawaiian passenger.

Absolutely the worst airport lounge I have ever been too. I am a frequent flyer who does expect to much, the fact I waited 45 minutes to get in and then I can even charge my phone. Food is a joke and so is the drink selection. Just save your time and find a better bar in the airport. This place is a joke!

One of the worst lounges we’ve been to. It’s small, crowded, with vary limited and uninteresting food/drinks available. The receptionists were nice and courteous. But that’s all the good things I could say.The lady, who served the food, was slow and mean - very unpleasant.

It’s a little room with uncomfortable chairs. They have drinks but no food however we arrived after 8pm so we weren’t interested in food. We really just wanted comfy chairs….

We waited about 40-50 minutes for entry by priority pass. We were only offered a table with hard chairs, soft lounge chairs/couches are reserved for business/1st class.Food:Very limited. The only hot food was minestrone soup. I was very disappointed to see the chow mein that so many had wrote about was not present but chop sticks were making me think sometimes it is. Cold Croissant turkey and tuna sandwiches were here and a few decent snacks.Alcoholic Beverages:Few local beers wines and hard seltzers. Not a poor selection, but far from bar service.Soft Beverages.Functional soda fountain with CocaCola products. Ice and water machine. Fancy coffee machine is out of order. Iced tea, and coffee is available.Vegetarian options: Limited.

So obviously my rating, like anything I got for free, would depend on if I was paying for it. If I paid full price, I'd probably say it was a 3/5 (you'd have to drink a decent amount of beer to be worth it), but I got in via Priority Pass, so I'm rating it compared to other places I've gotten in via Priority Pass. We also got there around 9:45, so they still had room - it looked much more likely people were getting waitlisted by the time we left around 11:20 (AM). Here is what we got in exchange for getting on the Wiki Wiki shuttle to/from the other terminal: as far as drinks, one pretty solid craft lager and one pretty solid craft seltzer from Maui Brewing, bottles of Heineken, a couple very mediocre wines by the self-serve glass, and coffee, tea and soda from a machine. For food, decent enough sandwiches (turkey and tuna), hard-boiled egg, slices of cheese, a decent enough minestrone soup, and various little snack items (adequate taro chips, bags of fruit snacks, pretzels, little pastries). The sandwiches were gone when we got there, but refilled within a few minutes (and ran out and got refilled a couple times while we were there). quickly and often. You *cannot* take anything with you (for reasonable environmental reasons, but they are a bit touchy about it). The wifi works well, but that's not terribly useful, as the airport wifi works well enough too. It isn't terribly relaxing with the relatively small size and being always busy, as the only real lounge in the airport, but for the price (free), I can't really complain. 2 craft beers at the terminal would be pretty expensive otherwise (though to be fair - a bigger selection.) And yes it is indeed literally about a 30 second walk from the wiki wiki drop-off/pickup spot in terminal 1. From terminal 2 it's across the bridge and upstairs (the lounge is on terminal 3.)
