Several of the cardio machines are out of order and have been for weeks. I had to buy a water as I had forgotten my water bottle and the POS system was down but there was no sign. I had no cash on me. They refused to let me have a water. I asked if they could make a note in my account, or if I could pay when it was up and working again and they said no….seriously, it’s just a water! I had to leave and go to the store and buy a water so I could workout.

I've visited at least 3 different PF gyms. They are pretty much the same. Some will give out eye protection for the Total Body Enhancement, some will charge for eye protection and others say you don't need anything...please don't take a chance, use it. Most have lockers so if you forget your lock, you have an option, some just need your own locks, no options. Some gyms know the 30 min circuit training is just that. Others, just use it as regular gym equipment...reps and all! Some tvs work, others don't.

Very dirty gym , found a used tampon in the gym showers first thing in the morning . This tells me no cleaning is being done before closing the facility . I can guarantee equipment and machines aren’t being cleaned either.

Ok but not as nice as most of the PF gyms I’ve been to. A number of machines were not working and those that were working were often dirty. Bathrooms were also pretty dirty. Overall ok but needs improvement in maintenance and cleaning.

With no animosity towards no body, the managment needs to find out ASAP what is going on in the massage chair area, the odor is like a corpse in decomposition. I went to visit the place , overall very satisfied, very nice employees, but I think the facility owner is neglecting some piping or pest issue, you cant stand there longer than 30 seconds. This comment is not to be disrespectful, but to bring up attention to whoever in charge can fix this problem to make customer experience worth it the membership since everyeone is contributing to be able to use all the facilities not just the equipment area.
