Excellent cruise ship terminal; my father and I boarded the NCL Pride of America here for our 7-day cruise around Hawaii. Clean, well-organized, efficient friendly knowledgeable staff and of course wheelchair accessible.Embarkation and disembarkation were both equally smooth.

Excellent Cruise Ship Terminal. Large, clean, well organized, polite, helpful staff, good amenities. (No wifi though.) Nice view from the ship.

Boarded the NCL Pride of America from this terminal. This was a really great experience, clean, fast, super nice people ready to help. It was by far the simplest and most laid back cruise terminal I’ve ever been to, and the employees were very well organized and incredibly friendly. Thank you!

Arrived in this terminal at the end of a French Polynesian cruise. Pretty quick exit with not much to offer in between. Unable to locate any WiFi. At the Uber drive up, some drivers will only stop for pickup at the very end.

It is very organized, and it feels secure. The terminal is huge to accommodate large numbers of travelers to come and go from the terminal.

Nice upgrade to the facility. Stayed outside waiting for my cousin and his wife to disembark. Good security directing taxis and ride shares as well as the passengers walking.

Easy to find. City bus 20 takes ya right out front for 3 bucks. I only had one bag so it was good to maneuver around.

Not sure why some gave 5 stars, this was the most unorganized port I have ever been to. This port (#2) is too small to handle larger cruise ships. Only 1 elevator available. Outside is even more chaotic. Trying to get an Uber is difficult. Traffic control guy (large man wearing hi-vis vest) is very unqualified for the job. All he knows is to yell at drivers even when customers are getting in their rides. Uber driver stated this guy and a sweaty lady are the worst Oahu has to offer. Wish I had taken photo of large man to post here.

Miserable place. Inside of the terminal is all carpet which means people’s luggage will drag and catch on it. The security as usual are extremely rude- on the way out they had labeled shuttle bus / rental shuttles to the left. However this is incorrect and they are in fact on the RIGHT side as you exit the port from NCL ships. I was on the left and asked the security where it was and he pointed to the right, I got confused and said “oh but the sign says to the right?” And he said “it’s WRONG!” So I asked him “why hasn’t it been changed, it’s very confusing?” And his response “go change it yourself!” I told him “go change it yourself! YOU work here not me”. Someone else apologized and said it’s been incorrectly labeled for months.The audacityThere’s a lot of international visitors to the island and on the ship. Imagine how confusing it is. Additionally you have to book your shuttle ahead of time on the ship or else you’ll have to Uber/Lyft. Make sure you compare both prices.

Make plans to cruise Norwegian style. This is the best cruise we've taken so far. There may be one better, but this one is top notch.

Took the bus from hotel. (Walked past the pier earlier) not much luggage mind you. Very efficient boarding procedure.
