If you need custom framing, go see Kalani at Kakaako. He helped us with some very special prints that needed a second life. When we picked up the finished product......speechless.

Ordered a frame and they informed me 7-10 business days. After 12 days I called for a status. They had no answer and called me back the next day. They told me the frame I ordered was out of stock. Why couldn’t they determine that the day I ordered? Other frames were out of stock but they knew right away so I didn’t pick those. Why didn’t the folks in charge of making the frame inform Pictures Plus immediately and then tell me? No communication. What if I never followed up? Not sure if they would have called me back…waiting weeks until I had no frame. Overpriced too.

Kristi was very patient and helpful in working with me to decide on how to frame and ship a painting to the mainland. Will definitely return when I need other paintings framed.

I made the mistake of buying two frames at a discount big-box store and they didn't work for me at all. I knew Pictures Plus would be more expensive, but I remembered the fine work they've done for me in the past. Sure enough, today I got excellent service from Gaylynn and her co-worker, framing two photos I will submit to an art gallery. I am now feeling proud and confident about my artwork, thanks to their helpful guidance!

Mahalo Manager Gaylynn for going absolutely above and beyond to preserve priceless family and wedding memories! I walked in with a few ideas and Gaylynn seamlessly helped put everything together. getting my father’s portrait framed here. i was surprised how spacious the interior is. its well organized and clean and the service is great, no complaints. i think price is competitive to other full service places. they have a dedicated parking spot so thats convenient. will return to get more done here.

Went to the store and was never greeted. Waited 21 min for the store personnel to even say “Aloha, we’ll be with you shortly”. I was never acknowledged. Felt like I was a customer “being framed” without great customer service. This site would have received a -1 star but that wasn’t an option to select. Did not get the value feeling as I did with the other frame site that took care of me in 12 minutes. Do not use this store for anything except time to sit. rest, and not be bothered by anyone.
