This is horrible service, don't use and trust them. When I receive a car, I found the long scratch in my front door even though the car was very dirty. As following their guideline, I ask them to write down the damage in the inspection report and they did it. and they uploaded the inspection report without the damage report and mention like this:
> There was no mention of damages when your vehicle was released from Pasha custody
And they also mentioned that it is minor damage that I accepted when I sign on the doc initially. Check this out:
> Further review of your photo of the scratch to the left front door, this damage is considered normal wear and tear and according to Pasha Hawaii’s Tariff; Carrier’s Liability for Vehicle Normal Wear and Tear Automobiles are designed for road use and may acquire small scratches, scuffs, dents, abrasions or similar marks. (C) The Pasha Group/Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines LLC, as a Carrier, does not accept liability for minor damage of this or similar nature which is considered to be normal wear and tear. Inspection of a vehicle prior to shipment represents the vehicle’s general overall condition and excludes normal wear and tear damage.
Don't use Pasha Hawaii if you don't want to get small scratches, scuffs, dents, abrasions or similar marks on your car.

Really disappointed with Pasha’s service with the transportation of my car from WA state to Honolulu. At pick up, the worker told me that they didn’t know what happened to my car and that they’ve never seen something like this before. Seeing my car for the first time, I wanted to cry of anger. I was very livid! My car was covered in filth, dirt, salt water crystals, bird poop, etc. I would understand if it was minor debris given to the nature of transporting it in a cargo but this was beyond that! We had shipped 2 other cars in a different voyage and it arrived looking like when we dropped them off. Our truck just had empty water bottles in the truck bed and an empty McDonald’s coffee cup inside. They couldn’t even take out their trash! As you can see on the pics of how my car looked like when I picked it up, it was unacceptable! And once I was able to wash off the dirt/grime/bird poop, it left a lot of salt water stain, rust, and paint chipped. Mind you when I dropped off my car the only thing the worker documented was minor scratches. No paint chipped at all, no rust! My car was like new at drop off. Got estimates to fix all the issues and it costed me a little over 4k. In which Pasha denied my claim because they said it’s due to the nature of the cargo. But for it to look like that at arrival is beyond the nature of the cargo. Very disappointed Pasha! Beware if you are shipping your car through Pasha. They might leave trash in your car and mess up your exterior. Save your time, and spend a little bit more for a cargo that will actually take care of your car! You’ll probably end up saving from not having to get your car fixed if you use another company, just saying.

Silly message when you call as soon as they open that there are higher than normal call volumes :( and that message last all day.
Do not select "call back" because you will get called back letting you know that no one is going to return your call.
Representative Asia is by far the worst customer service representative I've encountered. She answers the phone with distaste as if she hates the job, and then will tell you anything not to have to work.
She provided me with incorrect quotes for storage, That was later rectified by another representative that knew the job. A month later when I needed vehicle inspection documentation, she has no knowledge of that document existing, even though she works in customer service and documentation, and pawned me off to a phone number that doesn't work and provided an email where the wait time for a response to customers is 3 weeks.
Do business through Hawaii Car Transport, and hope you do not have to deal with Pasha or just find another shipping port all together.
They don't even deserve one star.

I used Pasha to ship a new car from San Diego to Honolulu. All in all, customer service was really poor and it look many phone calls with Pasha to make the shipment happen. I lost at least a week due to their mistakes in arranging the vehicle pick up in San Diego.
Pros:
Online booking and purchase process was easy.
They were able to pick up my new vehicle from a local dealership and take it to the San Diego port.
Car arrived safely to Honolulu.
Car pickup process was easy and fast.
Cons:
Customer service (phone) is poor. The hold time to speak to a person is often long. They do provide a call back feature which makes it little bit less painful.
Customer service told me inconsistent information. One person told me that a notorized form is not required for a pickup at a dealership. Another person told me that it is required.
When I notified Pasha that the new car is ready for pickup at the dealership, Pasha told me that they will dispatch the work order to pick up the vehicle. After several days of no information from Pasha about the pickup, I called Pasha to find out that they made a mistake in the dispatch. They corrected their mistake and dispatched correctly. When the correct dispatch received the work order for the pickup, it took many days for the actual pickup to happen. I was literally calling Pasha daily to see if it was going to happen that day. This dispatch error by Pasha cost me a week of delay as now I had to wait for the next ship.
After confirming that the car did indeed make it to the San Diego port and the ship left on schedule, I was told that I would be receiving a "departure notice" email. Since I did not receive the email, I called Pasha and they told me to keep waiting and could not escalate further. One the day when the ship was arriving in Honolulu, I called Pasha and escalated about the lack of "departure notice" email. I finally received one after this call.
I received a call from Pasha to schedule pick up of my vehicle in Honolulu. After hanging up, I did not receive any emails confirming my pick up appointment. As Pasha has several locations in Honolulu, I had to call back to find out which location I had to show up.

Shipped my vehicle with them. Dropped the vehicle off thoroughly cleaned inside and out per their requirements, Pasha employees inspected the vehicle for any damages for 20 minutes with light wands (not flashlights) looking for damage. There was none and they documented it as such. The vehicle arrived in California and from there, things went downhill. After a couple of days, I was contacted for preferred delivery times, told them and they said they would get a company to ship my vehicle the rest of the way and that this company would contact me. 10 days passed no one contacted me. I called Pasha Hawaii and was told the vehicle was still in California and no company got the vehicle (I booked this shipment well in advance). Later that day I got a call from the driver of a company that my vehicle was going to be delivered the next day (PASHA had no idea where my vehicle was or straight up lied to me). Delivery time was hours after what I was told by the driver. Driver would not give me the keys to my vehicle unless I signed for it and after showing me the damage to the vehicle. The vehicle had damage all over the vehicle on all sides, including glass damage. Scratches and dings to the metal/fiberglass. The shipping company stated they got the vehicle from Pasha with the damage and showed video and pictures in the Pasha yard. I emailed Pasha the link to the video. Got a form letter to file a claim which I filed. Got a form letter response and then a denial. Pasha claims the damage is normal wear and tear (the vehicle was shipped not used). Pasha claimed zero responsibility for the damage. In a couple of weeks, it took them to ship the vehicle they put all the damage to my vehicle than I did driving my vehicle for months. I got appraisals of $1500 to $2000 to repair. Pasha stated this is normal wear and tear. Pasha also stated they do not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to shipping which is not what I saw. As of writing this review Pasha Hawaii has over 240 reviews of which 145 are 1 star. BBB has numerous complaints for damage to the vehicles many of which Pasha denies responsibility. Do not use them to ship a vehicle unless you want to roll the dice as to whether your vehicle will have damage or not. Completely dishonest company and zero integrity.

We shipped our high end vehicle through this company. Their booking department entered the tow company info as the owner. When we showed up to pick our car we wasn't able to do it. We had all the paperwork, the staff on site was not helpful. They pointed the fingers to the booking department. We were on the phone and put on hold for over an hour. I would not do business with them again.

Howlie lady from Pasha Group is rude and bossy. Mouth off towards me and told me misleading statements. She claims that all of the entire area of Kalaeloa industrial is own by her. WHICH IS FALSE. Its own by the state of hawaii and the road s is own by the state of hawaii. NOT PASHA. And part is also own by Dept. Of Navy still. Part is Hawaiian Electric. Sections of individual own by business corporations. PAR Hawaii Refinery, and own by Kalaeloa Ventures limited partnership and the Hunt Group. In my opinion Pasha should be KICKED OFF THE ISLAND. And Young Brothers a local company should TAKE OVER.

Wish I could give less than one star. Shipped two vehicles with our relocation to Hawaii and they cost us THOUSANDS extra.I'd researched shipments to Hawaii for six months and Pasha appeared to be the best value. They're not. For months, they quoted me $2300 to ship my truck, but said I couldn't book more than a month out. The day I could book, they charged me $3000. When I provided them my previous quote, the prices went up an they wouldn't honor my quote. More on this later. The first vehicle didn't make the boat because of "Port Issues." Cost us $1500 in rental car fees as we were expecting our truck to arrive a week before we flew there. And when the truck finally did arrive, I was out of town. They wouldn't give any grace and said they would immediately start charging storage fees. "Good for me, but not for thee."***When you call to organize a pickup, don't hit the prompt 4*** I called three times to coordinate a pickup and sat on the phone for over 30 minute each time. When I finally called back and hit the "book a new shipment" prompt, I was connected immediately. They're all about taking your money, but not delivering on services. When I went to book the second shipment for our new truck, the price was $2650. When I asked why they charged me $3000 two weeks earlier, they had no answer and seemed disgruntled that I wanted a refund. Took them over 1 month to refund the overcharge. Our brand new truck showed up damaged. Crushed rear fender and tail light. If this happens, all of the work falls on you to submit the claim. Collections of forms, two estimates, and NO RENTAL CAR Coverage. They told me to contact my insurance which will charge a deductible to get a rental car.At the end of the day, I would not recommend Pasha to anybody. They've been the least Aloha of any company involved with our move to the island. ZERO STARS if I could

It was my FIRST time shipping a car over to the mainland so I was very scared and wasn't sure what to expect when shipping my car over. Basically, I was shipping my car over to Long Beach, CA from Honolulu and then picking it up from California to drive it home to our house in Las Vegas. PRE-SHIPPING: PASHA sent me emails of basically what to expect and to submit prior to me dropping off my car. So after reading the instructions and following the instructions on the link sent to me, I was able to upload all proper documents timely and able to clean my car before I dropped it off. I dropped off my car in Kalihi in this warehouse. I was skeptic about the area because I had no idea where this location was at BUT they had a lot of PASHA signage and identifiers that really helped me navigate into the building. I was able to schedule a drop off time in advance (read the instructions haha) and the people that checked me in were super nice and it wasn't even a long wait. I made sure to empty out all of my belongings. Note: make sure you take all of your important paperwork with you like car registration, etc. I know they say to keep gas less than 1/4 - mine was a little more over 1/4 but the guys said it was good. SHIPPING: Check your emails! PASHA notified me when the ship was leaving port and ETA for it to arrive. I had taken a flight to Japan for a couple of days and was making my way to Las Vegas after Japan and kept checking on my car as I traveled. I dropped off my car on November 14th, it got shipped out on November 22nd and arrived in California on November 27th. But it was in San Diego during that time so they had to drive it over to Long Beach from San Diego. Because of this, it took another 2-3 days until they finally called me to let me know that it was in Long Beach. POST-SHIPPING: They finally called me on November 30th and I was able to schedule a pick-up time the week after in Long Beach (one down side is that the Long Beach office is closed on weekends). I flew out to Long Beach from Las Vegas (I took Southwest) and the airport was super small but was able to get a Lyft/Uber to the pickup location. It took about 10 minutes but it was definitely farther than I thought. When I arrived, I was able to check in and wait for my car to come in. It was pretty seamless and I didn't have to wait at all. My car was a bit dirty but was expected especially after being shipped from Hawaii. Overall, the experience was very easy and I would highly recommend it. I only spent about $900 for my car to be shipped over so not sure if that varies for every car but PASHA had a way better deal compared to MATSON or other shipping companies.

A big rig driver for Pasha Hawaii was tailing me, then the car in front of me, by about 2 feet of space, at 50 mph on the H-1 Eastbound from Punahou off-ramp to Koko Head exit, at 4 am on 1.8.2024. There were no other cars in the other lanes. I was in the middle lane, it was not raining at that point on the freeway, the rig driver could have easily gone around me but it didn't, it stayed so close I was actually scared. I was coming up behind a car so I cut over to the left lane to let the rig driver by and it went almost right up on to the bumper of that car. A few minutes later the rig driver changed lanes to go around that car. So I followed the rig driver to get a license plate no. It looks like 'TR 6364' and it's got 'Martin' on it. I am guessing that is like 'Martin's Trucking company' with the island chain graphic. I am hoping that this will reach the rig drivers boss. Because the rig driver INTENTIONALLY tails other driver's in order to pressure them to move out of his way. I felt like I was being BULLIED on the freeway. It is so obvious what the rig driver was doing that I was angered enough to get home and google the trucking name, and then write this review. I am posting pics of the rig after the rig driver had done his 'Road bullying" and we were passing the other driver that he bullied who had cut over to the far right lane.

Do not use Pasha! We used them to ship a vehicle from CA to HI. They emailed us the shipment information and estimated time of arrival which may, understandably, vary by a few days. On the day of estimated arrival I called for an update on pick up and was informed that they had decided to bump my vehicle to the next shipment. No notification, no offer of a discount, no customer service. They hid behind the contract stating that "Pasha does not guarantee delivery on a specific date", which, as a customer, you assume refers to the "pick-up window" of a week's time, not that they can take the liberty to bump your vehicle to potentially arrive 1 month later! All they had to do was notify me and offer a 25% discount and we would have been good, but in their greed they overbooked their ship, and showed no concern for their customer. Will never use again.

I dropped my car off December 7th at their Honolulu location to ship to Washington state and it arrived on December 20th! Much faster than I expected. The drop off was very quick and easy.. and pickup was even more so! Definitely recommend using Pasha. It was better pricing than Matson offered me, and Matson couldn't even get it all the way to Washington. Thank you Pasha!
